“I have 9 rabbits and they are all loving the companies forage and hays. All my orders have been sent next day when ordered during the weeks.”

“The quality of hay is grate, but unfortunately not for my bunnies, hay is too hard for them, personally i think is even to hard for bedding, such a shame, as the one from the shops can be very dusty, I was hoping they will love it. Forage box on the other hand ,they loving it!”

“Ordered numerous times before and always been happy with the hay, this time though it wasn’t the usual standard, rabbits will not eat it , it looks like straw , dull in colour. I emailed over a week ago and no reply, have a whole bag going to waste and had to buy from another company to get my rabbits to eat again. Sadly it’s put me off ordering again.”

“Great quality hay. Really fresh you can smell it. My guinea pigs love the Timothy hay. I got them Alfalfa hay too because they're young. They're still getting used to it. I made some into cookies with Timothy hay too so they get used to it.”

Good Morning We are so sorry you have had a poor experience, it definitely isn't feedback we are used to hearing. We would love to get this resolved, if we have offered to send a new box of hay we definitely would be doing this so please reach out to us so we can get this sorted. There might be a box stuck in the courier network or we might have just missed it during a busy period. While we wish we had massive profits, running a farm isn't the luxury that you might think it is and we are always trying to diversify to make it a profitable business. “Hay is always fresh and green long pieces that my bunny loves. Hardly any dust in the box which is great as other company I have used in the past I have got half a box of dust. Will never use another company again”

“I emailed to ask for advice about which hay to choose for my rabbit who has a hay allergy, and they got back to me really quickly with very helpful suggestions. I was able to order a sample of both the oat and Cotswold sweet hays and have been able to test them with my rabbit without having to buy a whole bag which I loved!”
