Terrible customer service. My package was dispatched to incorrect address, it somehow reverted to an old saved address on my account despite having not used it in 4 years. My order worth over 300e is now broken up into 5 separate deliveries. I rang within 24hours of order and they said nothing they can do. Some items not due for 6 weeks yet they said nothing can be done to change address. I live nowhere near my old house and god only knows where my new bed and frame and sheets will end up and I'm down 300e....absolutely shocking service.

Not an Irish Company!!!! Buy from Ireland My refund is still not processed. They've given me the complete run around.

Can't stand businesses which lie! Ordered something going on the 8th that ment to me 2 to 4 days delivery... On 20th I still haven't got the package so I called them and after reaching customer care (in about 30 minutes on the phone) a very polite gentleman started saying that this is all due to Brexit and my parcel is stuck in customs bla bla bla... One thing he didn't knew that I have business my self and I import A LOT of things from Thailand, US and China and I can say whatever he was talking is complete load of bull#*£@€! I don't mind if they lost a parcel I don't mind if they forgot to dispatch it by mistake but I truly hate when such big companies customer care is told to lie to their customer! This just shows that you cannot trust this company no matter what because they are ready to lie about anything... I will never buy anything of them anymore just because of this and I honestly don't recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind to be lied to...

Returned item back to Littlewoods contacted customer service and was told my account would be credited and it’s still not been done now they have charged my account

I have been trying to apply for a loan with littlewoods and can't get passed there application, if u need to double check anything they put u back 6 pages. I have tried phoning but always get someone who doesn't understand me and I can't understand them. Had hoped to apply for a loan but this company makes it impossible and iv tried on many occasions

Ordered some airpods from there the left ear is faulty and the charging case never holds it charge. I then proceeded for a refund and just get my money back all together but they won’t they said they can’t do that but they will send more airpods out but I just want my money back and that’s it, not happy at all and very disappointed

Placed order for some towels nearly 3 weeks ago, haven’t arrived. Had a look at delivery status and it said order delivered and left in a safe place, also said card posted in letter box letting me know of delivery,, been in touch with delivery company, gave them tracking order number and they said that they have never received it !!!!!???? What the hell is happening. Been with company a long time, wont be with them much longer,,,so angry.

Please please do not order from this company. So I ordered an item worth over 600 euro after numerous phone calls regarding its location as the stated date of arrival had long passed the item arrived very badly damaged. Unprofessional unreliable and shocking to deal with. Never ever again!

Got in touch on 9th April to ask for a payment break as was severely affected by covid. Vulnerable category and costing more for everything. No arrears to this date. They put me on a 2 month breathing space instead of payment holiday as instructed by fca on 3rd April. After 2 months they wanted all payments...had reduced my credit level from 3.4k to 1.7k. I placed complaint and was dealt with by somebody who said they completely agreed with my complaint but their hands were tied and they would be held personally responsible if they upheld it. They have trashed my credit report and unwilling to see they were the ones that cAused this by not implementing fca policy. Not heard a thing from them then got a statement on Friday asking for minimum payment of 462 and today a default notice. After they didn't give me payment holiday which got me in debt they refused to give me a payment holiday because I was in debt. I will sort this out and then they are gone. I've been a good customer for many years with exemplary payment history. Shocking. Fca complaint gone in.

I have ordered twice from littlewoods Ireland and on both occasions my parcels were dropped offf in the nearest town and not to my address. This is shocking the delivery courier they use have no respect for peoples property or packages. Just get rid of them wherever they want plus on the tracking app they record that they have delivered to the address.. Shame on littlewoods for not taking action on complaints about deliveries... v v disappointed with this service...

Faulty cordless hoover just under 1 year old. Lost all suction and power, £280 so not cheap. Was told courier will come to collect and they never did. Had to call 3 times to sort this. Item was eventually collected only to be returned to me saying there was no fault. (Your having a laff littlewoods)....called them again and stated not happy with this and I'm not willing to pay for a defective hoover. Long winded convo with manager, and was told to resubmitt this return to an engineer explaining exactly what the issue was. (Told them sooo many times what the problems were) in the end after staying strong and not giving in my money was returned to me. I then paid up on the acct and closed it down. Will never use them again.

Disgraceful .. extremely slow and un-helpful. Some times rude, will definitely keep you waiting, will have you explain and discuss every aspect knowing they can’t or have been almost instructed not to help though policy. Like their bored or think you have nothing better to do, only to put you back onto hold to listen to the Littlewoods album for 30-60mins+ then to put you through to another wrong department where you’re expected to start again? or cut you off ..so called customer services. On going for 11months, nightmare :(

My first order i was told it was directed at another pick up for delivery ,which I requested ,you sent wrong code out and told me this had been delivered to my adress . 2nd order they came as required but refused to deliver and told me they can leave it down stairs at communal door .on which I was told it is free delivery ,this is not actually what I was told as it was free delivery to my adress in my eyes this means my front door not somebody else's had to send back as no way of me taking this up to my 2nd floor flat on my own ...that is not free delivery poor advertisement and poor customer service as could not get through to you for both of these incidents only when I put I was in financial difficulty .was I able to actually speak to someone .which took 2 hours standing in the shop .this why I am writing a review as not sitting for another two hours again at my expense just to talk about a delivery you can not deliver ,and stated you could ,I will know have to take my custom else where for a fridge freezer .after waiting 2 weeks as it is, as missed first time delivery for freezer in first place had no choice but to send item back

Mad company, never go ahead with them!!!! Open account just want to buy a TV it was a good price, so order paid money waiting for delivery - order declined????? No excuses no nothing.... My wife open the account, bought a TV sáim paid money all good... Waiting for the delivery... Declined??????? So We didn't pas a company risk policy??? If you want a hassle go ahead 👍👍👍 Never ever will come back, go tomorrow to other shop by everything, pay more and no hassle...

I bought the Very expensive indecent washing machine last December (2019) . Broke last August 8 until now September 24 haven’t refer yet. Although It’s under guaranteed and have a 6 years insurance with them but not doing anything. Really Diasappointed.

Left with a dip on my credit file as littlewoods didn't advise me to make a payment while the direct debit was set up. When I've set up direct debits in thr passed ive never had to make an additional payment... ever. Phoned up and got ignored and told the complaints team are not available. Hopefully they go into administration bunch of imoral idiots.

Been with them over 30 years. Will not buy from them again charged me interest for 104 weeks which I finished early in 9 months taking money for nothing absolutely disgraceful

I have been with littlewoods a long time and bought small bits(runners, frames etc). In May I called and asked if I ordered a sofa, how long would the order take. They advised me 12 working days. Today 7th August it finally arrived, after lots of trouble with DHL delivery service. As I assembled I noticed one leg was broken off the sofa. My first thought was I'll fix it myself but the leg was missing! I contacted Littlewoods who wanted to take it away and give me a refund. Bare in mind I am heavily pregnant waiting on a sofa for my house to sit down on. (New home-so we had no sofa all this time) I said I would prefer if someone came out and fixed it. The lovely man agreed and said that department will call me back. I also mentioned about being compensated for this and he said I can ring back and discuss this. When they called me they offered September 1st to fix the sofa. I explained my situation that I'm pregnant and need it sooner so I got 21st of August.. two weeks from now. I called littlewoods back explaining I am not happy and want compensation as I paid 1200+ for the sofa and it arrived broke. After 1 hour on a call with two different people, I was offered €50. I refused as I think this is unacceptable for 1) my order arrived so late, 2)the trouble I had with DHL to get it delivered, 3)it arrives broken and 4) a 2 week wait for it to be fixed. This leaves me with a sofa unsafe for me to sit on as a Pregnant woman. The woman I got on the phone was extremely rude and kept leaving me on hold instead of speaking to me trying to help. I obviously got extremely annoyed about this and a constant offer of just €50. I asked to be put through to a manager (who was unavailable of course) and I asked for the complaints department (who is closed due to lockdown I was told-convenient). The customer service representative also laughed when I was speaking to her which is extremely rude so I pulled her up on that too. I work in customer service myself and if I ever heard one my staff speak/laugh at a customer I would take that very seriously. So now I'm left waiting on a call back from the manager. Never ordering anything again with these after how I was treated. So upset all day, it's the last thing anyone needs, especially a Pregnant woman.
