Horrendous trouble with Littlewoods!! Horrendous trouble with Littlewoods!!! Absolute Scam Company!!! Placed my first order in Nov 2021 with them. When order arrived one of the items was missing and never ever turned up. Called their CS to advise of problem with missing item at that time. Their CS are based in Cape Town, so being outside the UK they dont seem to care what they say or how they deal with you as untraceable and no record of calls kept or logged so they fob you off!!! After several calls back and forth in that Nov/Dec 2021 they eventually refunded me for missing item to enable me to purchase again if i wanted to and also by way of apology said they were going to raise a £10 cheque as gesture of goodwill. Happy at the time that the issue got resolved at least... or so i thought. Received their goodwill gesture cheque a month later - end of Dec 2021/ beginning of Jan 2022, and put into my bank. All sorted and end of things .....again....or so I thought. Horrified to find then that in Jan 2022 i then receive a statement letter from Littlewoods in the post telling me I apparently owed £10 on my account!! What!!!!????? i owed nothing - i'd never purchased anything since the original and first nightmare (whuch had been all paid for at point of purchase) so certainly wouldnt have bought from them again. So.....yet again had the inconvenience of having to call their CS team (abroad) again where the agent told me she was sorry for the error and it appeared that the original incompitent CS agent had raised the £10 goodwill cheque against my own account!!!!!!! What on earth!!! How absurb and totally irresponsible and ridiculous!! Assured by that agent they were sorry and all had been rectified. Fast forward to now today Feb 26th 2022 and surprise surprise another letter from them saying i still owe £10!!!! Fuming!! Called again (again over in Cape Town) and spent two hours on phone to 2 different CS agents with appalling attitudes!! First agent put me on silent hold for 30 mins and disappeared (basically clearly because this is what they do). So had to phone back and 2nd agent said cant understsnd why Littlewoods had again re-raised the £10 in error against my account again and so would rectify again. She also told me there are no notes made from my previous calls and they dont keep notes!! Very very concerning and dodgy!!! No willing from her to email me confirmation re: resolution and a really crappy attitude. Vile vile vile! Suffice to say I still dont trust issue has been resolved but conveniently there is no email for Littlewoods anywhere, you can only WRITE to them at their address in Chelmsford!! So.......you cant speak to anyone in the UK, they dont make notes or keep record when you call their CS, they dont have an email address (certainly not for complaints anyway)......hmmm...need i say more!!??? Next step is for me to contact Obudsman by the looks and take legal action to try to resolve! Avoid this retailer like the plague you will undoubtedly have nothing but trouble with them and they cannot be trusted!!!

I have dealt with Littlewoods over this return for going on three weeks now. They sent me a Dell Inspiron that would not switch on; I sent it back by Parcelforce because they would not let me print a returns label. Now they keep telling me different things about my account being refunded varrying between 14 and 28 days, they dont even admit they got the return even though one of their employees signed for it. Now it is coming up to statement time and obviously I cannot pay for something I have not got. I am thinking of issuing a summons to clear my account with them as they are not dealing with the matter at all satisfactorily.

Here we go again. More of my returns lost. This time I'd taken parcels to the post office 2 days in a row just before new year. More than 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on refunds to my account for 7 items about £250 as usual I keep my proof of return but now as usual have to wait on littlewoods investigations . Not sure I will order again as this isn't the first time this has happened.

Ordered an overpriced PS5 only to have some guy in the Very/Littlewoods call centre call us and say we were singled out for "extra security checks" - he tried to ask lots of personal questions before telling us that the littlewoods 'contract for purchase' allowed them to change the price even after we had paid (contract law 101 might help them understand a few things), and that even though I am a cardholder on my husband's credit card account (i.e. I have my own card with my name on it) that my husband as the primary card holder would have to open the littlewoods account to purchase something with our credit card (wtf?). However, they charged his credit card, took the money and yet this vacuous call centre mental midget told us the order was cancelled.

I was going to open an account but they say my e mail isnt valid ..The same e nail I have been using for overv10 years for banks etc . After reading these reviews I am glad I havent gotten account . They sound like a total shambles . I dodged a bullet

Unable to make online payment today, checked with bank who said it was Littlewoods problem. Call centre now abroad & not a great help. Been a customer for years but won't be bothering again!

Can’t get through to customer service in Ireland, ordered 2 weeks ago for the last 10 days it says package on its way. Still hasn’t arrived no reply to my emails. Their delivery time to Ireland os a joke. It used be much quicker. Won’t be using them again

order not delivered on due date. phone call to customer services was a waste of time, they have no idea when it will it dispatched and was told to call back tomorrow! this company is very difficult to get hold of via email, should something go wrong there is no one to speak to. AVOID

I order a table and it arrived damaged. I called to arrange the return and was told the local courier company would come and collect. 2 months later and numerous calls - still no collection and a rather large box with the damaged table remains in my hall. Littlewoods are OK for small, low-value commodity items, nothing else.

I usually don't write reviews but my recent dealings with Littlewoods has made me feel as though I have to. I purchased a laptop from them over three weeks ago for 1950 euro. When I noticed there were no tracking updates after 12 days I contacted Littlewoods about the order, they informed me that they had taken my money but hadn't processed the order. Instead of resolving the issue, they then decided to cancel the order and give me a refund. I was told that I would have to order the laptop again on their website. However, the price of the laptop had gone up 630 euro to 2580 euro in the meantime. I raised this concern with Littlewoods and they told me I would have to pay the full 2580, but that a price match would be given to me for my original purchase, and I would be refunded the 630 euro difference. When I bought the laptop at this price, I called Littlewoods to make sure the price match I was promised was upheld. I was reassured by an operator that this refund would be given to me the following Monday and that it was just waiting authorisation by a manager. On the Tuesday I received an email informing me that this refund had not been granted and was given no explanation as to why this was. I urge anyone to purchase your products elsewhere, especially if they are high in cost as Littlewoods lie to their customers and are very disrespectful.

ive used littlewoods for years spent thousands with them i let my brother order a 2000 pound tele from them it broke they asked to send in a report an promised theyed refund the 60.00 it cost for report once report was sent no more reponse from them tele was dumped at tip in end disgusting firm if your thinking off buying expensive stuff tvs ect think again stay clear

I ordered my sofas on the 6th april with a delivery date of 11th may , recieved 2 emails stating it was onetime and on track for the 11th and if not before, so on the 10th May I get rid of my sofas , on the 11th of May I hear nothing but iys still stating 11th may and on track and that at 10.30am they opt to change the delivery date to 21st may !!! Not on , no emails nothing and got no explanation except its shipping fault and then was offer 35 pound credit !! Why would I want to spend there again after this !!!
