Great range of products and their credit option is a brilliant way to buy larger items and pay them up. Returning products is free of charge and easy to do.

Fantastic service, free delivery and returns. Hassle free with hundreds of products to choose from and majority of these are cheaper than the shops. You can always find a discount code on line to help give you even further savings. 5?

Always very quick delivery! No hassle in returning items or to exchange. Returning items made very easy and is for FREE(if you use parcel connect or parcel motel)!!!

They have the best products ranging from household and outside ranges bought a laptop and bag for my grandson my daughter and me buy loads of stuff all interest free and cannot fault there service in any way making them a very honest and reliable company to buy from and very polite and helpful when you ring up and if you have faulty item they send the replacement first then ask you to send the faulty one back they in my eyes are worth more than five stars but sky full of stars from a very happy Charles Best

My courier who hasn't been delivering to me for very long is excellent, has even worked out the best time to catch me in and calls then, sadly I don't know his name but I can't fault him

A man named Worren from customer service was very lovely/friendly with dealing with my issue. Very welcoming and patient. Called because my due date for monthly payment was for the 6th, when i normally pay on the 10th. He didn't fix my problem entirely but he certainly was of great help! Much appreciated.

The customer service I received was very good from them. My only issue is I wish they wouldn't use yodel as a courier. Of my last 3 parcels to be delivered, 2 never arrived, one have them was supposedly signed for but certainly not by me. Resolving the issue was speedy and the items were credited to my account

I keep telling Littlewoods that i don't get paid til the last friday of the month, and can they just add the extra week to the bill, so it switches back to end of each month. They are NOT helpful at all. Clearly they want my £12 for late payment, since December and are unable to help those in financial difficulty or those that don't get their wages til the following week.

Have been a customer for quite some time but hadn't ordered in a while due to personal reasons. I was a little annoyed at receiving a letter telling me my account would be closed if I didn't place an order! Normally I enjoy special offer codes etc and the goods are always good. I have noticed the recent price rise in clothing though which was another reason I'd not ordered for a while - they used to have some really good offers in the sale section, but I haven't seen any for a while now. I needed a new toaster so went ahead and ordered a toaster in order to keep my account...... I then realised my maximum spend amount has not actually increased at all since opening the account quite a few years ago - I really think it should be more by now. If I would need to buy something like a washing machine I wouldn't have enough credit to do so (the whole point of having a catalogue - pay dearer prices to pay for things slowly) I'm happy with the products from Littlewoods but the rest of what I've talked about has brought my rating down.

Although a lot of sizes were not available - due to Christmas demand, no doubt - they did have items that I was looking for. I'll be interested to see how logistics are taken care of.
