“The food was quite good but the platform/customer service was very poor. Ordered the Keto plan with 2 Keto Soups. Sent me 2 non-keto soups and told me the fine print said they had the right to substitute. If you are trying to a specific diet totally useless. Told me I changed my delivery date but said I couldn't see the order date. I hope they get business issues sorted out.”
