LiveFit meals are actually quite good. My reason for the poor review is because too many times now, their system allows for shipment of 2 weeks worth of meals on one day. Meaning you need to freeze or give away the second box of meals. For example, I place a subscription order on Feb 15th with a start date of my first delivery on March 1st. I was charged on Feb 15th right away, that part is fine. But then I was charged again on Feb 22nd (before I've even had my first delivery) and was informed that I'm going to receive a double shipment on March 1st, which is the date I was supposed to just receive my first shipment. They say it's not an error, since it's a weekly subscription it's correct that I'd receive a double order on March 1st. This is not my first time with an issue related to their shipping process. They wouldn't refund me for the second order, instead they offered a $200 credit towards a future order. I declined, I've cancelled my subscription and will not order again. It's too much hassle for what it's worth, in my opinion. If this was a one-off situation it would be different.

Food was meh. The teriyaki meatballs were terrible, the cauliflower mac n cheese didn't really taste like cheese, and none of them were really good. Half were ok. For the price, ok just isn't worth it. The site days they are good for 7 days, but most of the best befores were 5 days. They are easy, and better than grocery store frozen dinners, but not by that much. I won't be ordering again.

Customer Service is poor. My first order with this company, I received my meals 1 day and they charged me for the following week the very next day, and I am not allowed to make any changes. Do not use the Subscription service they just told me its too late to make any changes. Im on the Keto Journey which is a diet program, they send Fudge cake and Cake Protein balls and Creme Brule as gifts ... which i wouldn't mind if i wasn't on a Keto journey. they have to think of these things, and watch the Nutritional facts for meals as well on the Keto Journey, most of the meals are way over the allowed Carb intake.

there is sweet potato / butternut squash / lentils in almost every single vegan meal and its annoying. it gets tiring to eat and they dont add any sauces for example in the wrap so its literally just chickpea, lentil, and sweetpotatos wrapped in tortilla wrap which does not taste amazing as you can imagine. very bland and i wouldnt repurchase. also do NOT buy the vegan sausage unless you are vegan and desperate because it tastes horrible. im a vegetarian like 90% of the time and try to avoid meat so I know exactly how it tastes and how it is to sacrifice flavor etc. however this tastes SO BAD and fake its absolutely not worth it.

I just received my first order, and noticed that some of the entrees have 1848mg of sodium. Support said it could be a typo, which I find just as shocking as if the food actually had that much salt in it. Their chat support clearly didn't think a typo in the label was a big deal. At least the delivery was on time and the food arrived cold. Honestly, you'd be better off just buying "gourmet" microwave meals from the grocery store. Cheaper, more variety, and nutrition labels that have been checked and vetted. Waste of $200+.

I ordered the vegan package. The meals are just not very good. Their butternut squash penne was just a carton of dry noodles and a few tiny chunks of tofu. One of the meals was just a carton of steel cut oats. For about 11 dollars a meal, I think they can do better than steel cut oats !

I wish i would have read reviews before ordering. As many say, meals seem to be sent based on whatever they have available not what is ordered? On a large 2 week order, (28 vegetarian meals) there are only 5 different meals! Not near the variety I requested. 3 had spilled with a torn top sheet. Also ordered 12 weight loss meals with extra protein for my husband, only 6 had the xtra protein. 1 box arrived on time and the other 2 arrived 4 days later! Barely still cold. Still waiting for a response from customer service 5 days later, to address my concerns. Food however is pretty good as far as flavour. A great idea/ biz structure, but theres a lot to improve on. I won’t order again unless they improve ordering and fulfillment.

Has a mom of newborn twins, I was looking online for an alternative to eat a variety of healthy meal at home without having the trouble of cooking. I found a promo discount code for Livefitfood meals and since it was affordable once the discount applied, I decided to give it a try. I received my package at home after 56 hours it was shipped and I was worried the food wouldn’t be edible because it was left on dry ice for so long. The meals were cold when the box arrived but my disappointment was when I realized the lack of variety I received. I asked for the vegeterian box and out of 24 meals, I received 19 pasta meals. Personnally, I feel like cooking pasta is the easiest and cheapest meal you can prepare at home and I’m happy I haven’t paid full price for this package. I was hoping of receiving more developped recipes and more variety. None of them contained tofu or other sustainable protein (except a few beans in the texmex bowl and energy wrap) I won’t be ordering more meals from Livefitfood until a bigger variety is avaible for an affordable price. I convinced my boyfriend and my mom to order from this company and I really hope they won’t be as disappointed as I am.

As a first timer, I selected one of every option to try everything and pick my favourites. Out of 12 options I got 6, 3 of which I only picked to try to branch out, ones i wouldn't normally try. Not sure if I'll try again because if i pick an option and it doesn't show up again, then that's twice. Paying for what i choose shouldn't be a gamble.

Delivery process needs to be fixed. No time frame window given for delivery of first order. I did not see anywhere to schedule delivery. Could not leave home on a Sunday. Called, asked for time frame, told order would come immediately and had to wait another 2.5 hours. Food needs more seasoning. The beef in the various dishes tastes the same. Not sure how that's possible. Portions sizes are good. Food seems healthy. Cooking instructions should be on packaging, not on an ap. Not everyone cares to use aps.

I ordered 11 meals from LiveFit as a small test. The food was NOT GOOD. The packaging was the most impressive part. The nutritional information on each package was completely wrong - it listed all calories as coming from carbohydrates even when the meal was beef or chicken based. All meals included the same 4 vegetables with similar flavouring (gross herb blend). Would not recommend.

My first order was awesome but my second order I was disappointed since over half the meals I received weren’t listed on the options or the ones I chose. I think it would be beneficial to list other options that may be received under rare circumstances as said on the website.

I received my first order on time, however the 9 of 13 arrived broken packaging. I sent an email to your company, and the answer was " you will get deduction from your next order, use this code" . Then I emailed back there will be no next order I would like to have my money back. Than I needed to call in, because the reply from you was not understanding I would like to have my money back. Now I am waiting for passing the 7 business day to receive my money. i hope that will happen otherwise I will call my credit card company.

I ordered the Keto package. The quality of the meals was good, but I ordered 12 meals and received only 6 meal types (two of each kind). This should have been made clear in the ordering process. Also, I only received two of the meal types that I checked off during the ordering process, so the remaining four meals (8 meals total) were the ones that I did not want. This is very disappointing given that I checked off (i.e., indicated that I would like to receive) almost all of the meal types except for those four that I received! There is also a "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" stamp in the booklet I received in my order, but when I wrote in to complain about this issue and told them that I was not satisfied with my order, I was told that there was nothing they could do (no partial refund, re-sending meals, etc.). So, I think the customer satisfaction claim is false, and the website should be more clear and up front about what the packages include.

First of all at least of the packages were damaged when they arrived and when I wrote to you about it, the response was "we cannot guarantee that this won't happen again." Next, although I was careful to tell you that I have a very low tolerance for spicy food, rather than inform me the Bulgogi would likely be too spicy for me, you sent it anyway andI wasn't able to eat it! Your shipping charges are among the highest for any of the food services we have tried and I am totally unimpressed with the far too frequent "What did you think?" "When will you order again?" emails which I find truly off-putting. I think form this email you can figure out when I plan to order from you again!

Website is easy to use, placing the order is straight forward and the delivery was on time. 5/5 in those areas. However the food is not what I was expecting. It is as good as any grocery store TV dinner but definitely not the quality/ flavour I was paying the LiveFit premium for. Nearly x3 the price for a LiveFit meal vs. an ordinary TV dinner and in my opinion not worth it. I love the idea and business model of LiveFit but it just didn’t live up to the hype in my opinion. Maybe it sinpily had to do with the meal package I chose but for the price I just can’t take the risk to try LiveFit again.
