Offered me 15% off on my first purchase then doesn't even give me time to use it. I literally had about 20 pairs of shoes I was going to buy for my girls before that.

For some products a return is not possible. This is not really made clear on the homepage. This is especially difficult with children's shoes. Therefore recommend not to buy here.

I was very disappointed with the return/exchange policy. I order the wrong size. I also order what I thought was a flat red and it was a red shimmer shoe. It was not the shoe that I wanted. They refused a return and then refused to exchange the shoes. My receipt did not state final sale. She sent me a receipt (not mine) that said Final Sal of the shoe). I am tired of ordering online and not being able to return or exchange the items. I have always loved the shoes from Livie & Luca but I will never purchase another pair. The customer service is Horrible. I read the reviews below and several states the same problem. Bad customer service.

Like the customer below, I have been a long time customer. When I started out, I was a big fan and shared this company with many. Over the years, I have unfortunately been disappointed a few times. Last time we also accidentally purchased the wrong size of two pairs of shoes on sale. I asked for a straight exchange and they refused. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, grifted the other pairs, and reordered two pairs in the bigger size. Within a few months they were falling apart as you can see in the photos. We used these shoes as indoor shoes only. When they came home from school, I reached out as I saw there is a warranty. We are past six months on delivery by just over two weeks and they would not honour the warranty on the pair we paid full price on. They covered only the pair I got on sale for 19.00 and was within the window. I also waited nearly a month for delivery. These are cute shoes, but the quality seems to have gone down and customer service draws much to firm of a line to be client-centred. I wish they made long time clients feel appreciated and were more flexible when their products clearly failed. It’s been really disappointing but we’ll be looking for an alternative despite being customers for several years and regular purchasers.

I have been their customer for several years, Completely disappointed. Will never buy again. They lost me as a customer though I have 6 kids and might be a good purchaser. Bought a pair of shoes and made a mistake in sizing. Looks like instantly clicked on a wrong size. Ordered size 6 instead of 12. Asked to return/ exchange/ gift card. It was a final sale. The answer was negative. Have nothing to do with 6 size for my 7 yo girl. Not flexible.

Ordered a size 11 shoe and received a size 4. When I reached out to customer service I was told I couldn’t process and immediate exchange to get that correct size even though it was an error on their end. So just returned and have to wait 10-14 days for my refund. A little frustrating but cute shoes.
