“If you look at the reviews, you can see exactly what I & other customers like me have been experiencing-a recent change in quality (and style). I actually found this site while I was looking up if they had been bought out by a bigger company, because the recent changes have a quantity over quality, answering to stockholders kind of feel to them. What happened Livie & Luca??”

“my entire interaction with this company was disappointing. the shoes i ordered (for self and 2 kids) were ok. I dont hate them but they are just average shoes. they dont live up to the hype on the website. also i ordered the shoes on a monday to wear to an event 10 days later. the shoes did not arrive on time. What on earth? So I had to buy other shoes for the event instead. the Livie and luca shoes finally arrived 12 days later.”

“Love this brand but ordered a size 10 and they sent me a 4? Not sure how that happened but frustrating to have to ship back.”

Hi Nicole, Oh no, I'm so sorry the wrong size got ordered! We have been experiencing a glitch where Safari is occasionally defaulting to the smallest size available. I understand how important it is to buy American, but we are committed to making sure our shoes are produced ethically, whatever country they are in. We have close partnerships with our factories to make sure they are following safety guidelines and treating their employees with the same level of respect that we would expect at a factory here in the States.
