“The size 11 pink girls shoe Carta II were at least 1/2 to 1 size bigger than the size 11 rose gold shoes I ordered ....I was disappointed that she can’t wear them right now ! But we love Livie & Luca shoes !!!”

“LOVE my girls’ boots! They do run right at size, maybe even a hair small, so they won’t fit them as long as I’d hoped, but they fit for this season!”

“My children have loved Livie & Luca shoes! We like the flexibility of the soles, the cute styles, and the wide toe box. The only reason I'm removing a star is I have lately been disappointed that many of the cute animal styles have been discontinued. Those have always been our favorites. I also am not seeing much of a selection in my daughter's size (she is now 1-2Y). It would be nice if you would continue more of styles in her size range and also include more of the animal styles in that range as well. (Peacocks, cats and foxes have been our favorites).”

“Of the 3 pair ordered, 2 pair I would rate a #5 and the Pio boots, a #2. I did not realize they had the lower quality leather that were "crinkled and dry". I was disappointed but it was too late to return them, I needed a pair of cowboy boots for part of her Christmas present. I've never gotten anything of such quality from L&L but when looking at the pictures much closer online, I realized returning wouldn't have helped, they were like that, somewhat in the pictures-just not nearly as bad. I felt returning I might get an even worse pair. I would still order from you in the future just be more careful.”

“I have two little girls ages 3 and 2 who are physically totally opposite. One has a long narrow foot, and the other a wide short one. These shoes work great for each of them and the soles last through all the ground toddlers cover! My only advice would be to not buy sale items if you have not had your child wear a certain style before. The astrids and the mary janes/petals fit very differently. And so far I have purchased multiple summer and fall styles, and they EACH fit very differently. It makes it tough on returns and exchanges when you have no idea what that style will fit like. Their customer service is fantastic but they remain firm on their return/exchange policy no matter what so be warned. Great shoes, high prices but great quality. If you can afford these then you'll love them! Wish their prices were lower, kids feet grow so quickly sometimes $50+ for shoes is hard to swallow for littles.”

“Customer service is STELLAR! I had to return a pair of shoes that were too small for my little one, it was an easy exchange process with free shipping back and quick shipping of the right size. Only complaint is how different the styles fit; the same size in 3 styles fit completely different which makes it hard to fit an already growing kid.”

“Great quality shoes with ease if purchasing. However they are priced a little high with some inconsistency among designs. I was a little disappointed with my most recent purchase as the shoes didn’t match up to the descriptions.”

“These shoes hold up very well for little ones who can be pretty hard on shoes. Livie and Luca are made well and fit well. The different styles fit differently so make sure to use the size charts before purchasing. The petals and sandals seem to run small in my opinion.”

“In love the petal shoes we recently bought, but I wish the strap was a bit longer. When my daughter’s foot is inside the shoe, the strap won’t pull over all the way and leaves a great deal of the Velcro showing where the strap doesn’t come all the way down. I’m not sure any foot is that small.”
