“I have had a few instances where it was necessary to engage the techical support for our Load Balancers. The product is very solid and typically free of issues once configured. However, in the events where our organization has had "one off" issues, the technical support team for Load Balancer has been extremely helpful in resolving these issues. The technical teams are extremely responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure working with this team.”

“Started live chat and staff (Damian) at Loadbalancer.org responded within a few minutes. He helped troubleshoot what the issue was which we then reported to our hosted provider as we did not have root access”

“Loadblancer support, has responded in a timely fashion, and with relevent information each time. Having a conversation with a support enginneer directly, is not common in the Networking industry. I appreciate not getting the run around and a call back days later. Support should and did work to reduce my time toward resolution.”
