“We came across an issue after installing 2 new loadbalancers. After emailing the support team we received a very quick response to say a case had been logged. Within a few minutes I received a response from the loadbalancer.org engineer who provided me with a quick and effective resolution method after a brief exchange regarding the issue. Excellent service!”
