“Thorsten Wetzig, who helped us resolve this problem, is the BEST! He hung in there giving us a lot of extra hours of support, helping us through a software upgrade in production. With his experience, we were able to apply an upgrade and avoid a potentially critical issue which surely would have caused another service outage.
