“Would definitely recommend loadbalancer.org products and services. Their loadbalancer physical and virtual appliances are well put together, cost-effective, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy-to-configure yet capable load balancer to add to their infrastructure. The level of after-sales support they provide is also top notch. They are always quick to respond, polite, and resolve any queries with a minimum of fuss. These guys are a great example of how to run a support team, and I've had to deal with quite a few over the years!”

“Ich hatte am Anfang einige Probleme mit der Einrichtung da ein Loadbalancer neue Materie für mich war. Aber durch den wirklich guten Support konnte ich die Probleme sehr schnell beheben. Bei fast allen Anfragen musste ich maximal eine Stunde auf eine Antwort warten und ich meine nicht den Autoreply für den Ticketeingang.”

“After a long and expensive market wide analysis of as many products as we could locate, including a viability study of an in house "roll-our-own solution, we decided on virtual cluster pair from Loadbalancer.org. There are very few products that "just work" and this is one of those. Excellent product and service, worth every penny of the comparatively very low cost. We would never look anywhere else now.”

“Wir nutzen das Produkt Loadbalancer Enterprise VA R16. Loadbalancer ist einfach auszurollen und in wenigen Minuten konfiguriert. Die Anleitung für die notwendigen Anpassungen an den 'echten' Servern sind lückenlos und verständlich. Selbst bei speziellen Kundenanforderungen hat der Support innerhalb kurzer Zeit (oft <4h) eine Antwort parat.”

“Wir, die HS - Hamburger Software GmbH & Co. KG (www.hamburger-software.de), sind seit 2015 Kunde von Loadbalancer.org. Bereits der Anschaffungsprozess vom Sichten erster Produktinformationen bis hin zur Aufnahme des Produktivbetriebs verlief sehr erfolgreich. Die kostenlose Testversion haben wir vor dem Kauf mehrere Wochen genau hinsichtlich unserer Anforderungen unter die Lupe genommen und sie hat uns überzeugt. Der Support war dabei responsiv, freundlich und äußerst hilfreich. Die schriftliche Dokumentation ist absolut vorbildlich. Der Loadbalancer verrichtet hier nun seit einiger Zeit unauffällig und zuverlässig seinen Dienst. Das Einspielen von Updates ist kinderleicht und schnell erledigt und brachte bisher stets nützliche Verbesserungen. Selbst wenn wir selbst Ideen für Verbesserungen vorgeschlagen haben, konnten wir sicher sein, dass diese an die Entwickler weitergetragen und oft beeindruckend zügig eiwandfrei umgesetzt wurden. Wir sind begeistert!”

“We selected Loadbalancer.org for our virtualized Exchange 2010 cluster deployment a year ago. Since then the virtual load balancers have been performing flawlessly. Support is always very speedy in responding to questions. The sales staff has been very helpful as well.
