“Loadbalancer support is quick to respond, helpful, and knowledgable! The issue was found to not be with the loadbalancer but they were still helpful in troubleshooting from all angles until we found the root cause and corrected the issue. In the process, we even had a few misconfigurations that were discovered and corrected.”
