“I can only rate the PoC I was doing at the time. I really did appreciate that as soon as I encountered issues, a ticket was created on my behalf and support did their best to resolve the issue at hand swiftly. A above average support experience during my PoC, thank you. I can only rate the product from my impression during the testing and would give it 4 stars, the core load balancing performance is great, the documentation better than most but it is lacking some functionality you can find elsewhere, you need to look at what is on offer here and decide yourself. I would like to see a few gui changes in the future as I see some room for improvement but it does the job. All in all it fits the bill for us and we will be going the next step with loadbalancer.org.”
