“The support staff at loadbalancer.org staff was extremely helpful and responsive in solving the issue when one of our secondary appliances went offline. Hats off to them all but especially Dario and Thorsten!”

“My experience with the support staff has always been nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond catering to the needs of my IT issues. I wish more companies would model their support structure after Loadbalancer.org. They really have taken a lot of pressure off of my shoulders and I am extremely glad we chose to go with them for all of loadbalancing needs.”

“Loadbalancer support is quick to respond, helpful, and knowledgable! The issue was found to not be with the loadbalancer but they were still helpful in troubleshooting from all angles until we found the root cause and corrected the issue. In the process, we even had a few misconfigurations that were discovered and corrected.”
