“Great Product. Used for critical websites. Also superb support, they have always responded to me very fast with proper solutions. once needed to upgrade a license, and they were able to have it done in minutes, NO DOWNTIME!”

“We bought a couple of Loadbalancer servers at the suggestion of our web filtering partners Smoothwall; to manage the load across their cluster. The devices have, so far, worked perfectly. On the couple of occasions I have contacted the support team (for advice) the responses have been very quick,professional and helpful. Very impressed”

“Loadbalancer technicians has been helping me overcome a major issue, which due to system legacy setting issue in our production environment. Whole process was lasting for more than 72 hours. “The company I work for designs/builds data centers for airports all over the world and four years ago we started using Loadbalancer.org's loadbalancer virtual appliance. In these past four years I have only had to reach out to their support twice. The quick response and level of attention I received was like no other. I had anywhere from 1 to 3 support engineers engaged both times I submitted a ticket. I fly to sites to oversee the turning up of the systems and the pressure is always high, so quick response times and great attention for help speaks volumes about a company. Loadbalancer.org supplies a proven product and outstanding level of support.”

“This is not the first time I have had the pleasure of working with the support team from Loadbalancer.org. Each time it is a pleasure to work with them. When you email them they responded quickly. They always provided the information that I needed and even went the extra mile to look up an invoice when I could not provide a serial number. The bottom line is this: I resolved the issues and upgraded the firmware quickly and efficiently. Today performance, efficiency and customer service matter. The LB team get that. They pick up from one another seamlessly for support issues that take time. They work as a team and that is something important. Great Team, Great Service.”

“We've been using their product's as part of customer solutions for Exchange HA and VMware View/Horizon. Besides the products being rock solid (customers forget about them since they just run) I love their support. None of my cases have ever been a SEV1 type case where systems were down, so I didn't expect fast responses - but sure enough, the response times were lightning fast and the tech I worked with handled the case all the way through. Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“Have been using their products for a number of years, easy to setup and use. System just works as designed and have never caused me any headache. Their customer services and support team are extremely quick in response to any questions I have and provided all the help needed. One of the best on-line chat supports on their website I have come across too. Staff managing the session knows the product well, can answer and deal with any issues directly without me having to wait or get passed over to another team. Overall, Very happy with the products and services. AL”
