“Kristi Mattauch was a tremendous help to us in re-financing our mortgage. She made a very detailed process quite easy, especially compared to working through a bank. Rather than having a banker simply serve as a conduit for the underwriter's requests, Kristi was our advocate in reducing the duplications and unnecessary documentation required by the underwriter. And, well after the deal was closed, she was still on the job helping to solve glitches with the title company. We have recommended her to friends who are also thinking about taking advantage of today's interest rates.”

“The process was long, but only due to the amount of people trying to refinance and through no fault of Kurt's. He was always accessible, made sure to get the best possible deal, and did a great job of shepherding me through the process. Great guy, and good at his job.”

“After 3 failed attempts at refinancing, Paul was able to come through for us. Even with all the additional documentation that was required to get us approved, Paul helped move everything along in a timely manner. He was responsive to all my questions and with his help, we closed without any delays. We appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone who may feel frustrated with this process anywhere else. Thanks again, Paul!”
