“Paul Yoo has a gift. He knows his job in all the areas of the loan and financial process. Paul is very polite, enthusiastic, encouraging, and does his all to assist his client with their concerns. Paul has a sense about his client. I am very grateful Paul was my loan officer.”

“The process was long, but only due to the amount of people trying to refinance and through no fault of Kurt's. He was always accessible, made sure to get the best possible deal, and did a great job of shepherding me through the process. Great guy, and good at his job.”

“After 3 failed attempts at refinancing, Paul was able to come through for us. Even with all the additional documentation that was required to get us approved, Paul helped move everything along in a timely manner. He was responsive to all my questions and with his help, we closed without any delays. We appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone who may feel frustrated with this process anywhere else. Thanks again, Paul!”

“We did a refi earlier this year and now just purchased a vacation home. Rick Rawlin did such a great job with the refi we didn’t consider going anywhere else for the recent purchase. Rick works quietly behind the scene but he gets things done in a very painless fashion.”
