“Kristi Mattauch, Sr. Mortgage Banker is , by far, the best loan officer that we have ever worked with. The level of customer care she provided during our recent home mortgage refinancing made us quite confident that Loandrone was the best choice choice. Kristi displayed great empathy. She did what she said she would do. She was available to us pretty much any time day or night. She was very good at clearly explaining the refinancing process. Kristi literally "Jumped through hoops" to resolve a snag that occured at the end of the process allowing the loan to to be closed and funded on time, To say that Kristi was amazing is an understatement. She is highly recommended.”

“I worked closely with Kevin Iribarren over a 4 month period to get our loan approved and to settlement. It was not easy. If it had not been for Kevin this loan would never have survived. He is a real professional always getting back to me in a timely manner whenever I had a question. Five gold stars plus for Kevin Iribarren. John Sieverts”

“Thank you soo much to Sierra Garcia. Sierra was extremely helpful and diligent on helping me with a homeowners insurance policy. Dealing with home loan officers can be extremely dreadful at times but Sierra made the process smooth with a 1 day turn around time. Thanks again Sierra for all your help, keep up the amazing work!”

“I called Rick from his letter i received in the mail. Rick was excellent, professional and very responsive. Even with some last minute underwriter request we still completed this in less than 20 days. I would recommend him whole heartedly”
