“Worked hard for me”

“I worked with Rick Rawlin on my refinance and he was simply put amazing throughout the process. He laid out the options and suggested on what works for my situation and was on his A game throughout the process. He answered all questions that I had the best he could and in the manner that I would understand them. He was aggressive in securing things for me in a timely manner to not miss out on any important timelines and got the deal done and signed in less than a month start to finish. If you are looking for a new loan or refinance your current loan, call Rick right away and you are guaranteed going to walk away fully satisfied.”

“Elizabeth was very helpful in getting me the best rate that allowed me to qualify for my refinance. She is professional and follow through with the process to make sure there was not any delays where possible and getting my loan to close in a timely manner. “I highly recommend going with loan agent Rick Rawlins. He got my refi signed off and funded within just a couple of weeks, while the banks were telling me it’d be at least a couple of months. Plus he beat all the other rates/fees I was quoted elsewhere! I was very impressed. Definitely a 5 star experience!!”

“My loan representative Robert Cassidy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable, thorough and always available right up to close. I've done many closings in the past and this without a doubt the easiest, quickest mortgage application ever!!!”
