“This was the 2nd time that I had refinanced with LU and again did not get the perks promised. Did not get "2 mo" of not having a mortgage payment, my loan was sold again and I was told that it wouldn't be.. signed 2/24 closed 4/22.”

Where we ran into issue with closing with the people they outsourced the closing with. The notary came to our house and was wonderful. Then had to come back the next day to sign an additional piece of paper and we had to find a witness.
A few days later, the the title company needed me to print and sign paper because someone scanned a document and the signatures were too faded to read. Then the next day or 2 later, some more documents to scan because they found more that were too faded.”
“Generally we were happy, although there wasn't much communication throughout the process. The closer that came to out home seemed unorganized and not sure about what she was doing.”
