“We booked a storage unit from the beginning of January 2020. The weather was damp. February and June were quite wet months. Over the time we had the unit we were quite anxious about the our items. We wondered if we should have used a storage unit in a warehouse building. We emptied the unit at the beginning of September. We were delighted to find that our items were dry and there was no mustiness. The service was excellent and staff were always friendly and responsive. I would thoroughly recommend Loc-Box.”

“Everything was done online and over the phone - quick and easy. You keep your own key and have an access 24/7 just when you need it. You can drive up to the door of the container. Highly recommended. Definitely use it again if needed.”

“The entire process of self storage with Loc-Box was seamlessly painless. Everything very well explained and executed, both checking in & checking out. The ONLY negative point is lack of access at times due to other units being filled or emptied, which cannot be avoided due to the confined layout of some units (tight access). This lost us valuable 'working' time on site.”
