“Quality, everything expected and more, thanks”

Helpful Report

“Fantastic customer service, always willing to help and easy to get in touch with. The Loc-Box in Corby was excellent value for money as well as very secure and the individual containers were modern and clean. It was great being able to access our container seven days a week right up to 10pm, so that the most could be made of our time and not when the storage facility dictated.”

Helpful Report

“Safe secure storage at a great price. I have had a unit for a just over a year and it has been fantastic and served the whole family well. George very kindly refunded money for the last few days that I didn't use. Super service and great value.”

Helpful Report

“The whole experience was good but details of the size of box was not right I asked when enquiring about it and I was told it was a 40' box but it was a 30' box so if I had turned up with more stuff than I did I would of been stuffed .”

Dear Mr Viney Thank you for your positive review. We are sorry that you felt the Loc-Box was too small. All of our Loc-Boxes are modified 20ft units, we do not have any 40ft or 30ft units at any of our sites. With this in mind I am surprised and disappointed you were led to believe it would be a 40ft unit. We use the industry standard guide that each of our Loc-Boxes will fit the contents of an average 2-3 bedroom house. It is very difficult for us to accurately estimate how much space each of our customers will require but we do try and make the size of our Loc-Boxes clear on our website and also and when quoting to potential customers. Wishing you the best of luck with your move. From us all at Loc-Box Self Storage

“Excellent service and really easy to use Many thanks”

“Highly recomend excellent facility easy access & plenty of room for storage in container.”

Helpful Report

“The entire process from finding you on the Internet thru securing a container, gaining access to returning my keys was extremely simple. All direct dealings - which were very few as I didn't need more - were friendly, informed and efficient. The container was clean, dry, secure and simple to access. The facility was in a good location with easy access routes, an easy to use but secure access capability 24*7. Should I need a similar service in future I would not hesitate to contact Loc-Box”
