“I dealt with Heather at Whittlesey who was excellent, informative and friendly. Heather organised 2 new side by side 20ft containers to be in place for my house move. They were pristine condition, clean and dry and I got an introductory discount. I returned 3 months later to move into our new house, everything in the containers was as when we loaded, no humidity or damp and I've just been informed of my refund within a day a vacating, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this excellent company again.”

“Amazing, hassle-free experience. From the initial sign up, the staff were reactive and helpful. I had no issues getting my keys, accessing the site or visiting my storage container. Once i had finished with my container, i simply scanned my keys and posted them through the box, emailed customer services and got a reply within minutes confirming all was okay. Would highly recommend it. Great communication, staff and processes. The site was very secure as well. Well lit, CCTV all around and high rise gates with electronic gates.”

“Used for a couple of months or so to de-clutter for house sale and move. Painless to sign up & collect key. Likewise, when I moved my boxes out, drop off the key & receive a refund a few days later. 24/7 access. Highly recommended.”

“Really helpful company when booking and very good at communicating once you are using the storage unit. I had failed to lock the unit and they called to advise and offered to relock the storage unit ( with a spare padlock) for me if I could not get back to secure the storage unit. It was good to see that they are on site and ensuring every thing is safe. two days after I stopped using the storage unit I had a refund on the days I did not use in the month. Highly Recommend Them”
