“Awful!! Actually tastes of oily cardboard. Expensive gluten free rubbish. Don't believe the hype that you've found and 'indulgent brownie' . The only thing indulgent about this is the ridiculous price for a pre mix. Pros are they are easy to make and quick to cook but sadly so cardboardy these brownies are setting back the gluten free market. It's embarrassing! I can make far far tastier brownies at home without the gluten or carbs. Save your money please!!! Sorry lo-dough but you really need to go back to the drawing board in these, especially for the price tag.”

Hi Sima, Thanks for your review. Lo-Dough is extremely versatile and can be used in a number of different ways, a wrap, a pizza base, a quiche and it can even be blitzed up and used as a crumb to make a number of different sweet treats like cakes and waffles. We do feel that Lo-Dough is unlike anything else on the market and can't be matched with regards to its low calorie, low carb and high fiber nutritional information. “They don’t taste like bread. Smells like perfume and chemicals. Honestly inedible, even my dogs wouldn’t eat it.”

Due to our very special production process and the exotic nature of our ingredients, Lo-Dough can have a mild aroma that is unfamiliar when first taken out of the packaging. We clean equipment with the tiniest amount of food-grade cleaning products and thoroughly rinse all equipment several times as part of our clean down operation. “I'm sorry to say i didnt enjoy my Lo Dough at all. The texture was very dry and strange. Feeling disappointed😔 Sorry but got to be honest. I used one but have had to throw the 2nd one as i cannot tolerate it”

Hi Sue, Thanks for your feedback. We are terribly sorry with regards to this error. All affected customers were made aware that this was just a print error and the best before date should have read NOV 20. Customers were emails and informed of exactly when this batch was produced and were also informed that the best before date is also heat sealed to the bottom of the packet which did confirm the NOV 20 best before date. “Ordered 1st march, still waiting for it to be delivered, over a week later. Chased again and got told another 2/3 days. Even if its amazing, I won't be ordering again.”

Hi Suzanne, Thanks for your review. Sincere apologies for the delay with regards to getting your order out to you. On occasion, Lo-Dough can be delayed within the Royal Mail postal system which is out of our control. It really upsets us when we work incredibly hard to make sure we get our products in the post when we say we will, only to be let down by the postage system. We do ensure that all orders placed prior to 12 noon are dispatched the same working day and orders placed post 12 are dispatched the next working day. Lo-Dough took 2 years to develop, uses expensive premium quality ingredients and is produced using an incredibly complicated and time-consuming production process. Each batch taking 8 hours to make. We feel all this goes to make Lo-Dough a truly revolutionary product with a nutritional composition, texture and shelf life unlike anything else on the market. The price is in no way deliberately set to make Lo-Dough inaccessible to people, it is simply the result of how much it costs to produce. We are working tirelessly to find ways to reduce our production costs so we can bring the price down.
