I've checked your order number and tracking details and it does appear that this was sent to the wrong delivery office by Royal Mail but is currently being rerouted. “I ordered the 2x2 Lo-Dough bases and cooked pizza tonight. The toppings were delicious, but the base was uneatable. It tasted completely artificial as well as the chocolate bar, I have also purchased. Definitely not for me, I like food from natural sources. Delivery was as they said, so I was happy. Price is too high. I don't know what to do with the other 2 bases, probably give it to my nieces who have food allergies, but if this is the taste of food they have to eat, I feel really sorry for them.”

“I was so excited about this product but unfortunately, it is just not for me. The texture is like styrofoam! I have tried using the bases a few ways and I just can't get on with the texture, makes me gag. Taste- nothing, literally nothing! So no negative about flavour as there isn't any! Southern coating is alright and just about edible but has a very strange smell, chemical almost. At the price of the product it isn't a viable alternative to something like a wrap for a few more calories and carbs. Not for me.”

“Taste like plastic and the texture is horrible. I was very excited about this product and I tried different recipes to give it a go and nope, everything was tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.”

“If I knew it was like eating polystyrene I wouldn't have bought it. I could have eaten the packaging that came with our new fridge instead@ It's disgusting both in texture and flavour. I was very foolish in buying 12 packs!!”

It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't go like cardboard. Lo-Dough doesn't react like your standard bread product and there are a couple of top tips which we'd be more than happy to discuss with you to ensure the perfect Lo-Dough pizza. “Tried our first low-dough pizza yesterday (our first lo-dough anything) both of us were up in the night with bad cramps and upset stomachs. Could this be too much cheese or has anyone else reacted to them that way? Scared to try them again now. Did try and post this on the lo-dough Facebook page but admin won't approve or respond to me. So now it's your review. Bet you don't post it!!!”
