“I have emailed twice to try to cancel my subscription and haven’t even had a courtesy response. The website is not user friendly and makes it very difficult to cancel or manage subscriptions online. As a result, I have no paid for three shipments that I did not want.”

“I ordered the 2x2 Lo-Dough bases and cooked pizza tonight. The toppings were delicious, but the base was uneatable. It tasted completely artificial as well as the chocolate bar, I have also purchased. Definitely not for me, I like food from natural sources. Delivery was as they said, so I was happy. Price is too high. I don't know what to do with the other 2 bases, probably give it to my nieces who have food allergies, but if this is the taste of food they have to eat, I feel really sorry for them.”

“I was so excited about this product but unfortunately, it is just not for me. The texture is like styrofoam! I have tried using the bases a few ways and I just can't get on with the texture, makes me gag. Taste- nothing, literally nothing! So no negative about flavour as there isn't any! Southern coating is alright and just about edible but has a very strange smell, chemical almost. At the price of the product it isn't a viable alternative to something like a wrap for a few more calories and carbs. Not for me.”

“Taste like plastic and the texture is horrible. I was very excited about this product and I tried different recipes to give it a go and nope, everything was tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.”

“If I knew it was like eating polystyrene I wouldn't have bought it. I could have eaten the packaging that came with our new fridge instead@ It's disgusting both in texture and flavour. I was very foolish in buying 12 packs!!”
