I was really disappointed with the product, very thin and tasteless. Texture and taste like cardboard completely out me of keto... I tried making a pizza and a wrap, was very bland except the filling! Very expensive for what it is...

Hi Amy, We'd love to help you have a better Lo-Dough experience. It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't go like cardboard. Please, can we talk to you about how you used Lo-Dough and explain where we think you might've gone wrong? We'd love to hear from you. Please respond with your email address or drop me an email on hello@lodough.co Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

Tastes like eating a yoga mat. Has the texture of craft foam which is very offputting. Very odd experience and can’t see me ordering again when it’s £2 per piece.

I have not tried the product yet, this review is about the experience of ordering and receiving the product. I have left a negative review because the product took 5 days to arrive from the date it was dispatched (despite being 48 hour tracked delivery) and the customer services communication to explain the delay was poor. As a result the product was delivered to the address when I was not there, I had ordered on a specific date to ensure that I would be around to collect the order (and gave 4 days leeway for the 48 hour delivery), so I do not think my disappointment is unreasonable. I did not have the product in time for the event I wanted it for, and considering the high price tag I expected a better experience. I just hope the product is worth the wait and price.

I had a couple of problems ordering due to website issues. I did send an email over a week ago to give feedback, but didn’t get a reply. Unfortunately, I didn’t really like the product. Tasted like cardboard.

Had huge issues ordering, which were eventually resolved after a call to customer service who were helpful. Unfortunately I cannot reccomend these, they taste like chemical flavoured kelp, so much so that I feel like gagging when I think about the flavour/smell. The texture is dry and like wet cardboard. It was disappointing when made into a pizza or wrap as it was so mediocre, dry, chewy and off tasting. Just didn't impress me nor was it particularly filling and certainly cannot reccomend for £18 per 8 slices/pieces.

Not really that tasty. I can't make the pizza work. It doesn't taste great.

Love the concept and the service was good but sadly for me I didn’t like the texture.

I didn't much like the texture, there's very little flavour. I'd rather use a cauliflower crust for pizza and crustless quiches that this product. It's also eye-wateringly expensive.

I thought i'd try Lo Dough. It was ok but not very impressed with the product. What i was not prepared for was the barrage of unwanted advertising emails pestering me every day. When i tried to Unsubscribe and clicked on the link, it directed me to an unsafe website and my system would not engage with it. So it seemed i was stuck with them, till i labeled them as spam so at least now they go directly to my spam folder. I might have given the product another go if it was not relentless hassling, but i am now put off for life and want nothing more to do with it.

Good for pizzas certainly, but at £2.50 for a small piece, lo-dough is grossly overpriced

Made french toast with the Lo Dough, it didn't soak up any of the mixture, and tasted like a mix of paper and cotton wool (not that I've ever tasted that combination) I won't be buying again sorry.

Pretty disappointed but I think it was the best that could be expected for a low-calorie “food.” The texture and composition of lo-dough bore striking similarities to packing peanuts — perhaps not surprising, given they are both made from cellulose.

Disappointed, not worth the money can use a wrap as a pizza base for less one and equal taste.

I was disappointed as unfortunately it did taste like the foam disc it appeared to resemble! Pizza was not as good as it promised to be .... I made some brownies too - they were “okay” but still tasted odd ...

Only bought 2, made a pasty out of the first one, it was ok but hard. The second one I made scones, they were awful, threw them away. Sorry won't buy again.
