“They havent delivered my product. They claim they attempted to. But i was home all day..no one rang my door bell to deliever. I called and followed up but they said contact UPS and I did and i went to at least 2 different office posts and none had my product (1 of which were shown on my confirmation email. I didnt receive the product till now yet.”

“I ordered my lo dough two weeks ago, received an email a week ago saying it would arrive in 3 days but it still hasn't arrived. My son has celiac disease so having to wait this long is not acceptable, not sure I will be buying again although he does love the product”

“I ordered the large box 14 days ago, and it still has not arrived, despite me being told a week ago that it would arrive in the next 2-3 days. Appreciated the good will gesture, but really want the goods. I love the product, and do not like giving a bad review, but frustrated with delivery on this occasion, and do not know how to resolve it.”

“You mentioned this product is healthy, not preservatives and gluten free however when I read the label contain E464 which It is a commercially prepared, chemically modified wood cellulose product. As well as being used in foods it is also used in, but not limited to: Tile Adhesives Cement renders Gypsum products Pharmaceutical Paints & Coatings Cosmetics Detergents & cleaners Eye Drops Most alarming for me was the heavy metals present in this ingredient: Arsenic Lead Mercury Cadmium How can you say this is a healthy option? Yose Brighton, UK”

“Feels and tastes like a kitchen sponge. Was looking forward to this but it's a waste of money. Left same review on Facebook but was removed which means you don't show new customers real reviews which is shocking and shows how little you think of your own product.”
