“I ordered an 8 pack of Lo Dough but a few days later got an email to say that I hadn't yet paid for it. That's the 2nd time that's happened! Ordered once again and paid on the following Monday and a week later the Lo Dough still hadn't arrived. I rang in and the gentleman was very helpful and immediately ordered another pack for me. Turned out the post office were still waiting for you to despatch it to them!! The 2nd order finally arrived today. I pointed out to the gentleman that I was now desperate for delivery but he didn't offer anything to make me feel a little happier. I only use Lo Dough for diet purposes and am now feeling that the severe hassle is just not worth the effort so I don't think I'll be ordering any more.”

“Not impressed. Followed the instructions but they don't go crispy for a pizza base, they end up soggy. Not worth the high cost.”

We actually use a mixture of dark and milk chocolate chips in the brownie mix to make them as indulgent as possible, yet still keeping the calories in check. “This product is not suitable for a keto diet as it contains wheat fibre”

Hi Frazer, This isn't true at all. Our wheat fibre is entirely carb-free. Not to be confused with wheat flour, it is 100% insoluble fibre which is actually great for keto as often it can be difficult to get enough fibre when following such a diet. We have 1000s of customers who swear by Lo-Dough as the best way to eat pizza on a keto/low carb diet. Each piece is only 2.2g carbs. That definitely makes Lo-Dough a keto-friendly product by all accounts! Kind regards, Team Lo-Dough

“They havent delivered my product. They claim they attempted to. But i was home all day..no one rang my door bell to deliever. I called and followed up but they said contact UPS and I did and i went to at least 2 different office posts and none had my product (1 of which were shown on my confirmation email. I didnt receive the product till now yet.”
