“I returned an item for a refund to LOOKFANTASTIC and tracking showed it was delivered to their warehouse on 2nd Dec. After 2 weeks of waiting for a response, I contacted customer service via the messaging service on the LF website. I was asked to upload proof of postage which I did on several occasions but this was not acknowledged or followed up. I received generic responses by several team members saying that the warehouse had not received my parcel when the tracking clearly showed that it had been delivered. After running around in circles with 'customer service' (what a joke) I contacted Paypal and made a claim. I was refunded within hours - so thank you Paypal. As for LF and The Hut Group, I will never buy from this company again. Terrible customer service. I'll stick with more reputable companies in future. The products may be at bargain prices but it comes at a cost of your time and mental health if there is a problem.”

“If I could give no stars I would. This company are dreadful. Will never order from them again. No customer service help or telephone number which is very shady . I ordered the wrong perfume in error . Messaged their customer service within 5 minutes as no way of phoning them. Explained my error and asked for the order to be cancelled . They finally messaged back over 24 hours later saying it had already been dispatched ( no it hadnt ) but would send me an email advising how to return it and get a refund . I havent received said email and the perfume arrived with no invoice or returns instructions. Cant even phone their head Office to complain . They dont want to be contacted! Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

“As many people said here my ordered is not delivered. Almost 3 weeks past since I did it. Customer service can not give any answer, no one knows where is my parcel for 200euro”

“Horrible company, very unprofessional customer service team. I have ordered twice from this company - first time, the parcel was very delayed. Second time - i have placed an order on 25th and the delivery was meant to happen up to 29th of Nov! I am still waiting on it - I have contacted customer service team asking for a replacement and they are saying that it has been an error with my redelivery and can’t help me with getting any further information.. how can they mess up so so many times. Please order from anywhere else if you want to actually receive your order!”

“1 month and I have not received my order. Contacted Look Fantastic and all they ask is for me to wait. Ask me to wait for a month then ask me to continue to wait for another 2-3days. Apparently I have told them my item has already arrived Singapore since 26Nov and today it's already 10 Dec.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY CLAIM TO HAVE DELIVERED BUT NOTHING RECEIVED Placed a large order 10 days ago and still not received. They are saying they have delivered but I was in all day and no-one knocked. Now they have closed the complaint saying that it is completed even though I have no products / refund from them. Impossible to get in touch with them other than via their flawed message portal. I would advise any potential customer to think again before ordering from this company. I left a review on another platform and they responded immediately on that platform saying they wanted to fix the problem but since then there has still been no progress.”

“Ordered items on the 26th Nov, I have already lodged a complaint through my LF account but didn’t receive any satisfactory reply. Same generic emails. I have used LF for my upcoming wedding on the mid of this month. NEVER AGAIN! I will be relying on them. Either the company is in trouble or there are some serious issues with the warehouse team. Either way, honesty would go a long way rather than the generic emails they send. Absolutely dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore. And I wouldn’t be using them ever again. BIG NO NO!”

“On Black Friday I ordered Olaplex hair bundle which consisted of shampoo, conditioner & hair perfector, when I received my order the hair perfector was missing, they say they can’t send me the item that was missing as it’s a single item, which makes no sense at all, they offered me a 33% refund which I don’t want, I just want the item they failed to send me, now they seem to be ignoring my messages, shocking customer service!”

“I made a purchase on December 25th and until today the order is being processed, I had the option to buy on another site but I bought from them because of their credibility, because when I bought it they said it would be delivered in 4 days and so far I have not received anything. I am very disappointed as they sold me a product out of stock and they are very disorganized. I never buy again, don't buy trusting their stock”

“Would give less if I could. Took my money on an order for an advent calendar and then effectively vanished into thin air. No human response from them or the courier (the cursed Evri), no way of getting a refund, no info, nothing. Just stole my money.”
