“Unfortunately, my parcel was damaged when it arrived by post. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they processed a refund immediately.
Although it was frustrating that the parcel was damaged, these things happen. However, it is reassuring to know that the customer service team act promptly and fairly- something in short supply in my experience.”

“Good price, delivered quickly, only issue was that the gift I bought was in a presentation box which was slightly squashed when it arrived as it was delivered in a jiffy bag, rather than a cardboard box. Would buy from Lost Universe again though.”
