“UPDATE: I've now been issued with a full refund, which is a nice gesture. In truth just an email after I'd ordered saying roughly when to expect it would have done though! Appreciated all the same.
The item is good, however, it took a long time to arrive without any communication. Whilst I appreciate things are a bit difficult at the moment with the Covid situation and deliveries, I had to raise a PayPal case to get any communication about when it would arrive and even then, there was no direct communication, I just got a dispatch email the next day, then it still took a few days to turn up.
Item good, customer experience pretty poor.”

“Great shop, really good variety of items available. One item in particular that I purchased was hard to get since it's made in the USA but they have it here in the UK. One thing I would like to point out, is the delivery option chosen and pricing. Don't get me wrong the pricing was fair (£5) for express. But the tracking showed only RM Tracked 24 for one item and the most expensive item was RM Tracked 48. Like I said the pricing was more than fine but I thought the express delivery option was for next day delivery using DPD or something. I don't know what they use for free delivery then tbh. That's the only concern. Anyway, still a great shop to buy from. They are 100% based in the UK. Will buy from again!”
