“15/12/2025: Very personalised and appropriate for any occasion. Just wish you could post physical books and hardbacks to the UK. I tried a few addresses, all said you don't. But have the electronic version so that's just as good! Update on 17/12/2025: Nick from the customer service department for LoveBook made a really nice gesture of goodwill and seeing as I was struggling to make an order for a physical book to be posted to the UK, he personally bypassed the system errors (which were caused by an address mismatch on PayPal it turned out) to manually enter my address and make it happen! I will be receiving my physical copy of the personalised book in a few days! Would highly recommend this truly innovative service. So easy to use and amendable to exactly what you need. Thanks again Nick!”

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been great, we are experiencing a serious delay with USPS this season and it's a bit beyond our control. But we're doing our best to get these orders moving at an expedited rate through their system. We have been told that even though the status isn't updating, your order is in the hands of USPS and it is on it's way. I know how frustrating it is to have nothing beyond "label created" and i can assure you that your order did leave our facility and is on it's way. I hope you have a great holiday! -Nick B
