“I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a paperback book and received my book with the pages falling out. I submitted a support ticket immediately on Thursday, Dec 18 and I still haven’t heard back on Wed, Dec 24. While I was waiting to hear back I express ordered a new, hardback book. I paid $30 for the quickest shipping to ensure my book would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, again I am left disappointed as it did not arrive in time.”

Since the beginning of our company in 2007, our content has been developed through an established creative process and we provide our customers with the tools to edit each page themselves, if they'd like. We’re always open to discussing how our books are made if there are questions.

“I hesitated before buying the LoveBook—I wasn’t sure if he’d enjoy it or think it was a little silly. But he absolutely loved it. He took in every page, genuinely appreciating the time and thought I put into expressing how I feel. The book itself is beautifully made and truly feels like a keepsake.”

“I love the idea, but the product you're going to receive is going to be very underwhelming considering the minimum price of one of these creations is going to be €50 or more.....plus the shipping fee. All in all, I'm glad I explored what the company has to offer, as it was a really fun experience in and of itself just to sit at the computer and create this book together with my son. There are some frustrating parts, such as: the pre-set book templates are going to generate a book that is not possible to print. You need 40 pages to bind and print. Meaning that you need to add about 20 extra pages that you create on your own and the page templates become very repetitive by the time you get to 40 pages. Then you will need to constantly re-order the pages to make the "stroyline" make sense as you add all those extra pages. If you can make the most of the process and enjoy it until you get to the end.....you will realise that even when you have one of their many many promo codes, the book is still going to cost you €50-60 or more, but you're really into it by then. You order and then you receive the book, and it's a tiny little A5 book made of flimsy thin glossy pages. If you want premium paper you need to upgrade and upgrade, etc etc. And it baffles the mind when you've already spent so much money on this tiny little underwhelming book. Just make the price higher and deliver a premium quality product. Now I'm curious if I had purchased the upgraded paper, etc, would I have been happier with the product or still underwhelmed. I wanted to love it and I wanted to ordered another one for every member of the family....but having received my first one, I am not hoenstly that inspired to keep ordering more from this company. And it's a shame because I bought the membership thinking it would be the only way to justify the high price, is if I would get subsequent discounts on future books. Meh, I was feeling inspired and then I got the book and I'm not feeling so inspired anymore. On the plus side, the shipping notifications were excellent and the package was received about a week before it was expected, so that could have made this all an amazing experience if only the book didn't look so meh in person.”

“It took me 3 years to complete it, I started it in 2023, lot happened in my life and when I returned in 2025 the book was still there! That alone I would love to give them 10 Stars, I was able to add another half a book it started with my anniversary and ended with my husband's 60th birthday. I was able to manipulate every single page by adding objects and making it so personalized I wrote a poem I made funny jokes I was able to put everything that we've experienced good and bad happy and sad in this book! Yes it took me over 60 hours to complete but that's because I wanted it as detailed as possible, it was a great gift!!”

“A Christmas gift won't be a Christmas gift anymore. It's been almost three weeks, and it hasn't even been sent. When I tried to contact them all I got was a generic messege, that basically told me to wait and see. But nothing's moving, there are zero updates and I find that concerning, to say the least. It leaves a bad impression, and it makes me want to get a refund (I'm not even sure if I'll would be able to get it). I'm guessing I'll be able to change the review later, but for now, this has been my experience. Very annoying and unpleasant.”
