“I make one of these every year for my wife for Christmas, full of events that happened throughout the year. They range from family vacations to inside jokes, but I enjoy making them every year, and it's her favorite part of Christmas. She always asks to get her book early, and family members always want to see them ASAP. One day, our kids will be able to look back at our story through these books!”

“I found that this was the perfect gift for anytime of the year. I planned for this gift to be a stocking stuffer for Christmas. When I recieved the package I was so excited that gave the gift early. She was so overwhelmed. The detail and the personal touches of the characters made it special. Great gift idea great price. I like the options still available to explore for next time.”

“I have since been informed by customer service that I will recieve my order on December 18th. I will update my review to reflect this once I receive my order. Customer service was nice but didn't offer much in the way of restitution if I didn't receive my order other than "It is out of our control" While I understand you cannot control delivery - it isn't my fault as I am the paying customer that was promised it would be delivered by Christmas. I am hopeful it will be here in plenty of time.”

“Order the book, had to keep checking the site for updates on status, there’s no communication about it otherwise. Reached out to the company because it said the label was created but awaiting post office drop off for 7 days. Customer service told me that there has been orders delivered with no update to the tracking number ever. Then they tell me that they will have to re make my order after 14 days from order and 7 days from label creation and told me the package was probably lost, when the tracking number says that the item had a label created but was awaiting customer drop of at USPS. Most likely won’t receive my package before the holidays now. There was nothing else done to assist in anyway. No offer of expedited delivery or anything. Honestly very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and would not order from them again for how expensive this can be, quite a terrible experience.”
