“Went to make a book about 2 weeks before Valentines Day and they told me that I basically needed to pay for Premium Shipping and Expedite it in order to make it in time… so I paid $35 extra for it to arrive 2 weeks early when they told me it would come the day before Valentines Day… why threaten me saying it won’t be made or come in time and force me to pay for premium when I got it in 2 days from order and the premium service said it wouldn’t come till the 13… waste of money honestly and seemed like a scam to get extra out of me by putting me in a panic and worry.”

“Fantastic experience overall. Easy to modify/design pages on mobile - I worked on this book quite extensively and was never frustrated with the results. Smooth & seamless process of ordering/printing/receiving the book, and the quality exceeds my expectations. Will 100% be ordering another (probably several), just need to figure out who I want to design this one for! I absolutely recommend this site, and I don't like when people typically do this, but if I had to rate I'd choose 11/10.”

“Very Baaaaaaad customer service. I was lured in by their misleading advertising & trickery for getting your card or book in time for the holiday if you order in the next 24 hours. (13 days before the holiday) Once I got to check out they wanted big money to have it shipped by holiday. So dont spend hours creating something if you want in in a week. I would have never wasted my time if I knew this ahead of time. I even emails customer service hoping they may waive the shipping. Nope. They made it sound like everyone calls complaining about shipping. Don’t be fooled”
