“Couldn’t use the coupon sent to me for one. Then the add said order now to get by Feb 14 so I did and at check out it said in order to get by the 14th I had to pick a more expensive shipping19.99 . So after no discounts and paying more shipping I was paying in the $90’s for a book I took the time out to do. So not happy or impressed with this to say the least. And the book came 4 Days early so why did I have to pay the xtra shipping???”

“I purchased a book, with the matte pages, and special box that the box can be stored. I love it all!!! Had never used Lovebook before, so I was alittle hesitant and was not expecting the book to look exactly as I had designed it. However, the book and everything looks amazing! I used the pages they had already designed plus added my own blank pages to tell our story. They totally surprised me and hit it out of the park! My husband’s favorite anniversary gift ever!”

“It was delivered before Valentine's Day even though the estimated delivery date was the day after.... Easy to use, although some of the sketches are not always easy to know if they apply to the guy or the gal.”

“Went to make a book about 2 weeks before Valentines Day and they told me that I basically needed to pay for Premium Shipping and Expedite it in order to make it in time… so I paid $35 extra for it to arrive 2 weeks early when they told me it would come the day before Valentines Day… why threaten me saying it won’t be made or come in time and force me to pay for premium when I got it in 2 days from order and the premium service said it wouldn’t come till the 13… waste of money honestly and seemed like a scam to get extra out of me by putting me in a panic and worry.”

“Fantastic experience overall. Easy to modify/design pages on mobile - I worked on this book quite extensively and was never frustrated with the results. Smooth & seamless process of ordering/printing/receiving the book, and the quality exceeds my expectations. Will 100% be ordering another (probably several), just need to figure out who I want to design this one for! I absolutely recommend this site, and I don't like when people typically do this, but if I had to rate I'd choose 11/10.”
