“This is an absolute MUST to buy! Easy process to order and personalise the book but it does take time to get it right and just as you want it, you can literally do anything you choose, swap words, add extra pages, remove pages you don't like, it's so brilliant. Quick printing and delivery. I was so impressed with the quality of the book, the images, I absolutely love it and can't wait to gift it to my partner. Wish I didn't have to wait another few weeks to do this!”

“Well I think the product it self is cute and a nice book for a gift, but considering the price of the product I think the quality on the product is a bit low and I’m pretty disappointed giving this much money for a product in this quality.”

“These books are awesome!! My husband did one for my birthday, and I couldn't stop laughing. It's so personalized and thoughtful, that he took the time to create the book for me. So much so, I just created one for my mom who will be turning 99 in March. It would be nice if you could add a character to a page besides the person it's for, unless I missed how to do that. It would be cool too if you had an option to upload your own background. I spent hours and weeks playing with the pages to get it just right. I would highly recommend making one of these books for anyone that is special in your life!! It's so fun to create, and it will be meaningful to the person receiving it.....I promise you!”

“The Produkt arrived in good shape and very fast. The only thing is the handeling/editing of books online. If you have books with at least 30 pages and more it gets a little difficult to move pages from the end to top (if you are working on a PC). Keeping a proper overview of the WHOLE book gets difficult! But happy with the endresult! Thanks!”

“This is my second order. I love that you can personalize the book for many different occasions and delivery is fast. My first order was for an anniversary and my second order was for a baby shower where they requested to give a book.”

“The book itself is great but the delivery process has a few glitches. Only after confirming your order, delivery address and paying you are shown a delivery point on the map which is incorrect. This is where the problems begin as follows: - you email the service team to update the address which they confirm. - the book is shipped with incorrect details and returns to sender. - no one contacts you, so you email a query with your order #. - they send a different order # with a wrong address, ask for a new address and invoice you to deliver again. - you tell them the address they used was wrong and share the service team confirmation for the address change. - they send the address used by the shipper. Stating that delivery failed due to a missing line which is the customers fault. - you again send the service team address confirmation which has no missing info. - they send you another invoice, this time for priority delivery and reprint the book. At no time apologizing for the delay or accepting any fault in delivery. - frustrated and concerned you will now miss your special day for this gift, you pay the invoice and pray. - 3 weeks later the "priority delivery" reaches. - they don't follow up to check in. Luckily I ordered this 2 months ahead of the anniversary. It took 1.5months to get the book. I am very pleased with the product itself, but given the length if this review, I am obviously disappointed with the poor service.”

“I ordered my book in Dec as an anniversary gift for February, thinking that it would arrive mid January. However, the book exceeded my expectations not just how wonderfully it captivated everything that I wanted, but the time that it arrived. It was way sooner than I expected. I am so so pleased. I cannot wait to present it to my husband”
