“The book was pretty phenomenal unfortunately your shipping time did not meet the standards you said they would meet. I paid extra to have it delivered two days before Valentine's Day unfortunately it arrived midday on Valentine's day. They did refund my expedited shipping cost but that's not the point”

“Years ago I used this company and it was amazing. But it seems the quality has gone down hill. The extra star is for how quickly customer service responds and try’s to fix the issue. I recently ordered the hard cover book with a rush shipping for Valentine’s Day. It didn’t arrive on time. The company did refund the shipping fees. The glue was haphazardly applied causing damage to the book when the pages were flipped and some of the pages were already coming apart. I had to present the gift this way which was a little embarrassing. The company offered to send a new copy which was great but it was supposed to arrive yesterday and hasn’t. For $75, I expected different quality and results.”

“Exactly as advertised. Made my Valentine's so special. UPS tracking during shipping really helped keep me informed throughout which I appreciated. Love love loved the product!!!!!!!”

“First, the customization is probably the easiest customization program I’ve ever used in my life. Highly intuitive and easy to navigate. I loved having the premade pages that I could change around to fit us as a couple. Second, the quality is incredible!! I got the hardcover and it doesn’t disappoint. 100% will make another one!”

“Such a great gift idea!! This is my second time buying one and I love this book gift. Wishing editing was more user friendly it was sometimes really annoying to edit my book and I wish the avatars had more options, but that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars”
