“If you choose express shipping - be aware it may take 3-5 business days regardless. Love book didn’t refund my shipping order which wasn’t great. Edit after response from company: they refunded a portion of the shipping. their response made it sound like they refunded the entire thing, not very professional.”

“This is my second time purchasing a customised book from them. The customer service they provided was wonderful. I had some questions regarding the customisation and Jen (the customer service officer assigned to me) replied within a few hours. I finished my book on 4th February and the book arrived soon after the estimated shipping date. I felt frustrated with the shipping provider they used, but Jen went out of the way to help me figure out where my book was. I’m so thankful to Jen. Your customer service made this purchase better :) The book came well packaged, no dents nothing. Opened it up and it was bigger than I remembered and thicker. But quality seems great! The company also printed and shipped the book within a few days. Would buy it again when a special occasion arise :) Girlfriend was speechless when she first received it but she was beyond touched and loved it.”

“I quite enjoyed creating a love book for my sweetheart’s and my first Valentine’s Day celebration. The book creation process was easy, fun and intuitive. The book was delivered sooner than expected, hooray and the presentation with the box and bag was a nice touch. The price was a bit more than expected for a paperback custom book, but well worth the laughs and enjoyment we shared when he opened it up and read it for the first time. I would recommend this to friends and family. Thanks!”

“I gave this as a valentine's/birthday gift for my boyfriend and needless to say he loved it!!! I loved how easy it was to create the book and how you customize each and every page. Some companies like this don't allow you to customize as freely as LoveBook! 10/10 would recommend :D”
