“I have tried to get a hold of someone for almost 3 weeks! Have not herd back from anyone regarding this order. This order has been delivered to the wrong address. The recipient never received it. I am requesting a refund or for it to be shipped to the correct address. Which has now been updated. Why is it so difficult to gete s hold of someone from customer service! it says "we will get back to you within 24 hours" that no TRUE!!! Please someone get back to me as soon as possible!!! Thank you.”
