“As I went over my finished book (5 times) I noticed there was a mistake. 3 pages of my book were reprinted and when I looked at my preview the pages were in fact NOT duplicated. This threw off my entire book honestly and I was not happy at all. I understand that the book may have been rushed, but at the end of the day it was NOT my mistake.”

“The website was easy and fun to use - I liked how you could arrange the pages, change the expressions and outfits of the characters, and preview the final version. It arrived earlier than expected and is good quality.”

“I am actually very upset. I ordered this on 05/21/2026 with an expected delivery date of 06/02 which Is enough time to get it delivered. It is now 3 days after the date it was supposed to be delivered and it has no information based on tracking or anything. I am a little annoyed and disappointed. It was to be a gift for a 40th birthday which it was already going to be late but now it’s extra late. I will not be placing an order again for this.”

“Pretty cute. A little difficult to create, or personalize. I ordered the paperback, and the quality is decent but it arrived and is much smaller than expected for the price. Cute idea, boyfriend liked it”

“It was a cute concept but would be nice if it had a tutorial. Wish I received it in time, my package was not received and it was supposed to be an anniversary gift. Not a good experience for me. Also too expensive”

We also have hundreds of individual pages that you can add to your LoveBook, as well as the ability to edit each page yourself or even create pages from scratch! “My LoveBook was very easy to create. There are great options for backgrounds but would love to see more colored images/items to help build scenes, especially for children. The final product was really nice and it arrived quickly.”

“Excellent operation from start to finish. Loved all the options available. Very quick delivery. Just one feedback, if the paper could have been slightly thicker, it might have feel better as they contain full page of picture and it might justify the price as well. But overall a very good option to bind a lot of tiny moments of your life into a memorable story. Please make sure to read FAQ before starting to build your story, as it contains important information.”

“This is my tenth year making an anniversary book for my husband. I review all the exciting events in our lives the past year and make him this book. Though each year it gets more expensive. When I first started it was $49 now $75 all in. It is worth it to keep the tradition alive. I love how I can make new characters to represent family and friends. Scenes are adorable (still waiting for more American holiday representation and a birthday theme with friends at a table scene) but I love the updates so far. I would love to see a mobile app for ease of creation since I do this on my phone as and it takes 1-3hrs. A lot of it is the capability moving screens and freezing on the phone. This update would be great for mobile friendly users. Hope it’s live next year when I create the eleventh book.”

A hardcover book in 2017 was $49.95 and is currently $65.90, which reflects the increased cost of materials and production. Unfortunately shipping costs have even more dramatically increased and sales tax laws within the USA changed, both of which have undeniably affected the total cost of a purchase. While we do not expect to release a mobile app, we are continuing to improve our website's functionality and reliability so that editing a LoveBook in a mobile browser is as easy as possible. If you have any specific feedback you'd like to share with our engineers about the difficulties you encountered, please feel to reach out to us via email as we love to hear from our customers and it helps us with future updates.
