“Valentines gift for wife was a hit...she loved our avatars on the cover...and they were fun to create too! Would be fun if the whole book was color but understandable that would raise the price and not as conducive for writing in it, etc. Overall very happy with the book and more importantly it got the reaction from my wife that I was hoping for. Looking forward to filling it out together!”

“I was really excited to order this book for Valentine’s Day, especially because it was meant to be something special for my family. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that two pages in the book were identical, which was very disappointing. I understand mistakes can happen, and maybe there was an issue with my upload, but I feel it could have been checked before printing or I could have been contacted with a quick email to confirm. I would have gladly corrected it. I also noticed that the colours of the characters were not what I expected. Because this book is quite expensive compared to other printing companies, I was hoping for more attention to detail and communication before printing. It’s a lovely idea overall, but I wish there had been better quality control and customer contact to prevent these problems.”

“What else can I say that they are fantastic! First of all, it is the gift that keeps on giving something. You can look back over time and smile about. It shows a true gift from the heart. The book was a good quality and color illustration. Mine was either stolen or not delivered properly by the postal system, but when I contacted customer service and told them my dilemma they downloaded a digital book so that I would have it on Valentine’s Day and they even shipped me out another for free. You can’t beat that. If there was such thing as 10 stars, I will give it to them. They are fantastic!!!”
