“Excellent job Guys! The same rating given by both the person who ordered and the gift receiver. Let me write some details for Polish customers below. Książeczka bardzo solidnie i starannie wykonana. Polskie znaki wyglądają identycznie jak na podglądzie w trakcie tworzenia. Przesyłka doszła w kilka dni. Wysłane z Czech, nie z USA, więc nie ma się co martwić o długi czas oczekiwania. Polecam tego allegrowicza!”

“The product was fantastic. The site was a bit tedious to use on my phone. A few issues with getting wording in text boxes, going back, saving. Aside from that though, the book came out amazing, the recipient's reaction was exactly what I'd hoped for. Completely worth the time, occasional frustration, and money!!!”

“It was so easy to design and lay out my love book. I ordered it on the Friday before Christmas and it was here by Christmas Eve. I gave it to my ex mother in law who I help take care of that has Alzheimer's and she has read it over and over and loves it. Thank you for helping me keep her precious memories alive even when she has a hard time remembering them. Your books are designed to say things simply with a huge impact. I am so grateful!!!”

“Easy to create this lovely quality keepsake book. I was stuck for a 60th Birthday gift for my partner who is one of those hard to buy for men that doesn't need or want anything. Loved how you could completely personalize each page to create a unique to us book. Postage was super quick and the quality was exceptional.”

“I made one of these books for my son for Christmas. All though it took me a long time to craft it, seeing his eyes go wide with amazement was well worth the time spent--in these changing and challenging times, it is important to do something extra special for the people we love...I'm so thankful this book came along as it would have been impossible to hand-draw it all! (not to mention my low-skill drawing abilities)! it's a keepsake that he will have for a long time. A beautiful addition to any relationship. I cannot recommend this book highly enough!.”

“Placed an order dec 11 and paid for express shipping, and the book had yet to arrived. Have reached out to the company multiple time via “contact us” on the website. I have not received and response from the company to date. Very frustration to pay extra for shipping and can’t even get a response from the company”

“Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and book was not delivered on time. Was told there was quality issue with my book hence the delay in shipping. That is comical considering there was still quality issue when book arrived, I wish I could upload picture as an example here. Company didn't seem to care how upset I was about delay, recognizing my boyfriend was leaving to be out of town for a month and I was unable to give him the book in advance. Completely ruined it for me and offered no resolution or compensation for their errors except to refund the shipping cost. Absolutely absurd!”
