“I want to start by expressing how STELLAR their customer service is. I was quite indecisive and Trista was extremely patient and beyond helpful during the entire process. I love the user friendly customization and the additional clothing options under “Objects”. I did experience an issue with the printed book. It appears they use different print facilities and my first order printed the complexions much darker than they appear online. But customer service quickly resolved this issue and sent them to another printer which was more accurate. I cannot wait to give this to my partner, I can imagine his reaction!! THANK YOU LOVE BOOK!! I am a loyal customer and can’t wait to order more”

“Love the book and my fiancé did too. Got it as a present for him. The book is really good quality with thick pages the quality of the text and graphics is great too. Tons of customisable options. I would definitely recommend this product and it’s a great thing for someone to keep. The only negative I have is it took a little longer to arrive than excoriated but it is the Christmas season so this is completely understandable.”

“I loved making this book, even the process of doing so was fun and sentimental. It brought tears to my madam's eyes and laughs. I wish the online editor was slightly different as right when I finished it I accidentally deleted it and couldn't retrieve it so I had to start again at midnight.”

“I have done two love books, one I named “The Why I Love you book” for my husband for our wedding anniversary and more recently “The Thank You book” for my mum and dad for Christmas. My husband loved his book, he was quite emotional when he read it. I’m so excited to see my mum and dads face when they open and reads theirs on Christmas Day! I think these books are great, you can spend as little or as much time as you want creating them, they are so fun to make and so unique, a really wonderful gift to give to the one you love!”
