“I bought this book as a push present for my wife because I wanted her to know that she was really important to me, and that having a baby wouldn't change that. The process of building the book was quite simple, and I am NOT an artist by any means. Frankly, I'm not all that creative either, so I was thrilled by the templated design and simple customizations that LoveBook offered. When I purchased this, I admit, I didn't think it would be that nice. The price was really affordable, and I figured, well for the price, it will be fine. I was so suprised at how nice this book turned out. The images are printed in a high quality resolution, there were no printing mistakes and all of the pages I ordered were there. I love this book. I will likely buy a LoveBook again for other occaisions. It is a truly special gift.”

“The book was a Christmas gift for my wife and it couldn't have turned out any better. The book was lost in the mail for a week and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time so I contacted customer service and they were ready to reprint and ship priority mail so it would be here before Christmas. Being lost in the mail wasn't their fault, but they were willing to do whatever it took so I could give it to my wife. I would definitely recommend! Great product and even better customer service!”

“I had such a wonderful time creating a LoveBook for my partner. I am pleased that there were skin tones, hair features, and clothing options that were inclusive and truly reflected our love story. I was able to save my project and work on it for weeks before submitting my order, this accommodated my busy life while giving me the opportunity to create something so meaningful. The final product did not take long to ship and deliver, which was great because I needed it in time for Christmas. I was absolutely thrilled with the final product, and I could not stop reading it. My book did not pass the quality test but it was reprocessed and expedited through the printing and binding stage. “I was very pleased with the product selection and options when creating my book. I had ordered Rush delivery for December 18th but due to covid-19 protocol my book did not arrive on time. I reached out to customer service and Nikki did a wonderful job outlining next steps as well as options. Not only did they refund my shipping fee but they also overnighted me a new book. The book was still delayed, however the customer service was so amazing that I will absolutely be using their services in the future for more gifts. I finally got my book today and I am more than pleased.”
