“For my fiancee's 30th birthday I really wanted to write her a book of our love story and finding LoveBook was amazing. Making the lovemojis was smooth with lots of customisation options, and the various objects and preset designs available allowed me to write and create a truly personal and unique gift that we will cherish forever. That said, there were two issues I had with the LoveBook service: 1. I designed the book to be a poem with contrasting Left and Right pages that rhymed, some even having images that were meant to cross between boths pages in a centrefold, and spent an enormous amount of time making this duality to the book. However, when my fiancee received the gift the left page is always left blank. This in itself is not an issue as I understand that printing both sides of a single sheet with personalised designs is likely difficult, but the website should have made it clear how the book would look when printed as when previewing the book online there was nothing saying that it would only print one personalised page per centrefold. 2. I asked for gifting options for the present (the box and bag for about $15.99) and assumed this would be done by a member of the LoveBook team before shipping to the destination of my fiancee's house. Unfortunately no. As she opened the package (due to Covid we weren't able to be together on the day), the bag and box were folded up in the overall larger delivery box to be assembled on arrival. This really defeated the whole purpose of paying for the extra gift packaging and is really a rip-off. When you order with gift options on amazon they will always apply those gift options to the item within the overall cardboard box to make things more special for the recipient when opening. This assembling of the gift pack should have been handled and done by a member of the LoveBook team before sending the item out for shipping and delivery and was a massive let-down.”

“At first, I was a bit skeptical as some of the reviews mentioned delays in shipping. However, after ordering/receiving my book, I believe the majority of issues are with unrealistic expectations from last-minute shoppers. My order was processed quickly. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. I was provided a tracking number upon shipping. And I received my book 1-day after the 'estimated' delivery date. Key word there is - ESTIMATED. In my opinion, 1-day after the estimated date is fantastic. If you shopped late and expect a miracle delivery, that has nothing to do with LoveBook”

“I have ordered 2 books so far, one for my sister and one for my girlfriend. I was looking for an original and customized gift and LoveBook seemed to be the perfect one. My customer experience has been outstanding, from designing the books to the delivery (only one week to get it delivered once the order is placed). I particularly appreciated the customization options for each pages, as it really allows you to modify every single detail in the pre-designed pages. I had a great time creating my own pages and writing my own story related to my beloved ones, in order to offer them the ultimate LoveBook :)”

“I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the book I ordered, but even more with the level of service and speed of communication. I had ordered my book, but quickly realised I had made an error which I needed correcting. The ease of getting in touch and a step by step guide on how to get things amended was fab, and above all despite the delay due to my own fault, my LoveBook still arrived in time due to the efforts made by your team for my special occasion, despite it being during the mad Xmas rush. Cannot thank the LoveBook team enough. Plus the printing quality and book quality is 100% and exceeded my expectations!!”
