“Took forever to receive. Was “lost” in USPS, so they we’re supposed to overnight me another one. Finally received the original/lost book. It was a book for a different couple entirely! When I contacted them, they still had not sent the overnight replacement out. They did not ship it until a Friday night which meant my “overnight shipment” was not received until late the following Monday. Sad, because ultimately when I got my correct book, it is pretty cute, but honestly wouldn’t say it was worth the head ache...”

“Great customer service and great products. I hit a little snag as my first order was lost in the USPS disaster and I was afraid would not make it by Christmas . I emailed them for an update and the customer service rep (Connor) responded quickly. They printed me a new book and sent out UPS which arrived today just in time!”

“I love the result, it has great quality and I'm sure that soon, the person that will receive the book will think the same ;) It's an amazing personalized present and it's difficult to put a price on that, but I would say that's the only think that made me give a star less, prices are a bit high, even though it's worth it!”

“I wanted to try another way of saying "I love you" to my fiance and I think I found it! In my opinion, this book is a simple and fantastic idea because it's something that becomes only yours. A part of your story, any story you want to tell, is kept in a little book. So, I'm really glad I found out this website and I gave it five stars (excellent)! The book was delivered on time and in perfect conditions. I'm sure that my fiance will appreciate this gift on Valentine's Day!”
