“Simple process and quick From ordering online to delivery was all easy to manage. The only part I thought could be improved upon is the preview book. The preview I did online didn't show all the filler pages. Not a huge issue as the book looked great either way.”

“My book turned out awesome. It looks identical to what I created online...every single detail. Its made nicely and not too expensive. I recommend doing it on a laptop so you can use all the features. You can't add in extra lovemojis or clip art on your phone, but you can on laptop. It's really fun to make and its such a thoughtful gift. My dad has terminal cancer so I made him this book about memories of us and things I love about him. Hes going to love it. It arrived in my mailbox right on time as they said it would. Came in a hard cardboard to keep it safe. I would definitely use lovebook again!”

“Excellent customer service. Made me feel taken care of and valued as a customer. My package went missing after a lot of hard work creating this special book. It was within a few weeks of Christmas so it was stressful. Jen in customer service immediately helped me. After determining the package went missing, she had a new book printed and shipped at fastest speed, with no fuss, no push back, no difficulties. She also made sure I had access to a digital copy of the book in case it didn't arrive on time. The book ended up arriving several days before Christmas. That kind of customer service gives me great reason to recommend this book and company to others. In addition to that, the book is great quality and just so cute. I really enjoyed the process of making it.”
