“It was a lot of fun creating the book. It took a minute to figure out that you could add pages but once that was discovered, it made the process enjoyable. The only negative was the USPS dropped the ball and delivered 14 days late and missed Christmas. My wife still loved it even though it was late. All in all it was worth it and will be fun to look back on over time.”

“My experience was actually amazing. I purchased the hardcover book, 40 pages, while it was on sale a week or so after after Christmas. It arrived two days earlier than it said it would and that was with standard shipping. (It arrived one week after I placed the order. It had said it would take 9 days, but only took 7.) I bought it for my husband! He loves sweet and well thought out gifts like this and this was something that made us both really happy. He has it on display right now actually. I may want to make another one in the future if possible, but we'll see. On another note, I am surprised and sorry that so many people here had a negative experience.”

“LOVEBOOK was a HIT this Christmas! I made a book for my spouse and she cried joyful tears and held the book to her chest in a hug after reading all of it. I purchased the memory box for the book and now they both live on her nightside table. The book was fairly easy to get together online, I did have one typo I missed that I couldn't correct after the fact, so I highly suggest quadruple checking or having another set of eyes proof it before hitting complete order.”

“I would have given 5 stars but delivery took too long.....not necessarily their fault, but it was much quicker during the holiday time. Book was beautiful, but thats also b/c I made it *wink, wink*. Would order from them again.”

“I was really surprised I had a great experience after some of negative reviews I read however, I can’t complain about the service I received. My package was delivered (to Toronto, Canada) earlier than I expected and the quality is great. My girlfriend absolutely love the book and still keeps it on her nightstand.”

“They sent all the notifications including my tracking number but then they lost my package. According to the tracking number my package never left the manufacturer. I have since reached out to the company and I’m waiting for them to republish my book which is now late for the occasion I made it for. I will gladly review the product itself once I get it Update... since the mishaps, love book did expedite a second copy of the book at no charge and even gave me the computer version as a free gift for the trouble. The only reason I didn’t give it five star is because to me 5 star means the entire transaction is flawless. That being said, I’m impressed and very pleased on how the company quickly handled my situation and I would definitely do business with them again.”

“Thoroughly happy with the quality of the book. My wife loved it. Only thing I wish is that they proofread it also in case I missed a misspelled word (which I did, spelled "the" wrong.) A quick email from them could have corrected that. But other than my mistake the book is awesome”
