“Two pages were printed incorrectly. I previewed my book online and the mistakes weren’t there. I was told they would print a new one and express ship it to me and they will send an email out as soon it is printed. It’s been over a week.”

“This book and the process of creating this book was incredibly easy and enjoyable. The website was glitching a bit which made it frustrating at times —but that was no big deal. The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 star is because it is VERY overpriced. The charges that are displayed do not correlate with the final charge which was really stressful. Otherwise, this was a great gift and it made my boyfriend tear up, so it’s a win from me! :)”

“I have to give it a three just based off of how the item came. For paying as much as we do I’m surprised they don’t come better packaged to avoid water damage. Thankfully they were able to replace the book at no cost but not sure it’ll show up on time.”
