“Absolutely loved the book. High quality product. It was a big. Awesome service too, you get an email when your book is production and another when its ready to ship. I will absolutely order again. Side Note: They do use UPS and (I'm not sure if its just for my area) transfer to USPS which caused a delay in the delivery. Technically not a product issue but I did receive the book 5 days after the intended delivery date because of it.”

“I couldn’t be any happier with my Lovebook! I got it for my wife for our 10yr anniversary, and she cried while reading through it. The time it took from creation to delivery was superb! Also, the customer service is phenomenal. I accidentally ordered the book with the wrong colored eyes for my wife, and noticed later that day. Even though I accepted a statement acknowledging there couldn’t be any changes. I contacted customer support, and they accepted the eye color change. Thank you all for the amazing product, and I highly recommend others to get one for themselves!”

“The book is high quality and the customization options are fantastic. It will be cherished for years to come! And customer service was incredibly helpful when the postal Service lost my first print due to these trying times. They reprinted and resent my book with no extra fee and even rushed the shipping so it got here before Christmas! I will definitely be making another book in the future.”

“The lovebook when i first purchased it, had a pretty high price. But once i received the book and saw the finished product, i longer felt it was overpriced. It is of great quality and had a very quick arrival time. From the time i purchased it & placed my order, production time and to when it was delivered to my door was under two weeks, even despite it being the holiday season. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be a returning customer!!”

“My first print happened to ship around the beginning of the holiday season & it ended up getting lost at usps or delayed or something(I’m not sure). However, after contacting LoveBooks customer service they looked into it for me & printed me a new book with upgraded shipping for free! I was really really hoping to have it before New Years since it was a special occasion & now I will! I’m very happy & satisfied!”

“Was a great idea. I recently got married and this was the gift. From being high school sweet hearts till now. It’s adorable. Super affordable and so colorful. I wish I got the hard cover but the soft one is just as nice. Love it. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.”

“Can't say enough good things about this company. My book came out perfect after I finally got it. The first one was lost in the mail and their customer service was a big help in replacing it and it even made it in time for Christmas. I know some people are complaining about delivery but that is not the company's fault, that is totally on the postal service. I will definitely be ordering another in the future. And thank you Connor for all your help with my order.”

“This review is poor due to the shipping of the package. Once I receive it, I hope to adjust the review accordingly. I paid for priority shipping with tracking included. It gave me an estimated 5-7 days to arrive. It has now been 20 days and the tracking only tells me it has been in transit since it was shipped out 20 days ago. The next to zero info has caused the low score. If I get this package I will review according to the product.”
