“Hotel is aged, quirky, and has character but very comfortable. Great location, literally Times Square / Broadway on its doorsteps. Great stay and would recommend. Only downside was no transfer from JFK Airport to Hotel due to flight delays whereby had to pay for Taxi to hotel as transfer company said they only have a limited waiting time for airport pick up times. Something Loveholidays need to address.”

“The holiday venue was safe and the facilities met our needs as a family which included a young couple with a baby, and grandparents. The staff were very helpful, and the place was cleaned every day with fresh towels left. I tend to be critical, but honestly, we came back saying we would go again. The supermarket on site was expensive, and the food not brilliant, but we were self catering with a car, so not an issue for us.”

“First time booking with Love Holidays, I was a bit hesitant but I need nit have worried, I got a great value holiday in a lovely apartment hotel complex and flights and transfers went so smoothly. Love holidays kept me well informed even with transfer times etc . I would definitely recommend Love Holidays to my friends”

“Really happy with loveholidays, v good hotel, transfer from airport let it down otherwise would of given 5 stars!! But that was the lady who eventually made her way to meet us after I rang the emergency number. No apologies and tore off again nearly as quick told us to wait outside but never said it would be an hour and a half!! Not very helpful and annoyed with the way we were treated by her!!”
