“Very easy app to use”

“After a terrible start where love holidays third party supplier Beds with Ease hadn’t paid the hotel when we arrived in Antalya, the hotel asked for a first nights cash payment of 12,000 Turkish Lira when we arrived at 21:27, this was really inconvenient after a whole day travelling and a little dangerous walking from the cash machine at night with a huge bundle of cash, eventually in the afternoon of the next day the hotel was paid, 5 hours of phone calls chat sessions where Love holidays said it wasn’t their responsibility it was their third party supplier, as they are just an on line travel agent, Beds with Ease said they couldn’t talk to me as their contract is with love holidays eventually after many phone calls I got someone at Love Holidays who took responsibility got the hotel paid and eased the stress allowing me to start our holiday!”

“Great holiday at a good price. From start to finish the booking process was easy. FBC Fortuny is a lovely resort. Very peaceful. Very clean with wonderful friendly staff. This was our fourth stay here. Lots of other repeat guests…that says it all!”

“App was easy to navigate. Good value money but transfers could be improved. Be careful if your holiday is short as it may be cut down even further. We were picked up at our hotel at 8.30am for a 2.00 pm flight. Ryanair desk wasn't even open for check in. I would be looking at other operators if I was trying to make the most of a few days away.”
